Q: I would like to pick a few names from your income portfolio for my child’s RESP. She is 13 years now, so, I don’t have the safety of very long term hold. Can you short list the top 5 that pose minimum risk of value and dividend decline in that time frame?

Q: While I know your focus is not US companies, I have US funds to deploy for a longer-term, relatively conservative position. The outlooks for Moody's, Hyatt Hotels and VISA all seem to be positive stories to me. Considering their current prices along with other factors, which of the three would you consider the best prospect and why. If you could name your '2nd place finisher', that would also be appreciated.

Q: Hello 5i,
I am up 125% on Target (10,000) and down 25% (5,000)on ZPR. Should I sell ZPR and substitute it with something else that you can suggest and sell TGT. This to buy back in a month.
Would you suggest buying back TGT with the full amount gained or get back to the original amounts splitting the proceeds between your suggested replacement for ZPR and TGT?

Should I just keep everything as is, collect the dividends and watch TGT go up? I do not need the funds.
Thank you and please remove the appropriate amount of credits.

Q: I have 5-8% (20%total) positions on these utility type stocks; if we enter a melt-up type scenario in the markets? Would it be prudent to reduce my utility type exposure by selling 1/2 positions and invest in growth type names like Vtv, vfv, etc.? Or would it be in my best interest to hold steady and ride the curve and collect dividends, I'm approaching 70 years of age? Thank you!
