Q: Hi Team,
What’s your view on ABNB these days? The stock has been wanting to trend higher this year so far. Is the inclusion into the s and p an ongoing catalyst? I am trying to decide whether to keep it , or sell it while I am now positive on the name . I am a little concerned over regulations such as what NY has just done to them . I was debating if I sold it using the funds to add to my positions in LMN and Well. Looking for the biggest potential long term. Would you endorse the move , suggest a different name not mentioned instead , or just continue to hold ?

Q: Hello, what are the reasons that constellation made 2 spinoff (topicus and lumine) in the past years ? Why did they not keep everything under one roof and continue to grow constellation instead and follow the same path like Berkshire Hathaway that never did a spinoff.

Q: Hello Peter,
Do you still see both Topicus and Lumine Group as long term holds or should i just buy CSU and add more to my existing shares? If oil companies decide to privatize, how would the investor share price be reflected? Does the company buy out our portion of shares and at what price (current price of market).. Lastly, any comments on baytex would be appreciated. Thanks

Q: I'm up over 200% on CELH (thanks!) and although I don't see any red flags, I think it's time to trim back from an 11% holding. I've had LMN on my watch list for some time, do you think trimming CELH and buying LMN would give me a similar growth profile stock? Does LMN also trade on the US markets so I could keep my currency in USD?

Q: Hi Team,
I currently hold a position in TTD in which today I am up a total of 204% on the position. I was debating trimming some of this TTD and adding to my LMN position within my tfsa. Would this be an advisable move? The weightings on each holding are of similar size. I am aiming to hold both long term (10yrs plus). Which do you see as having the most potential in this time frame? Q: Am retired with a cash account full of utilities, banks , pipes, reits, telecoms etc. for income. Over the last 6 months have added BN and GSY for more growth. Have targeted the following growth stocks for next purchase :

XIT : basket of CDN techs
LMN : a mini CSU
EQB : Stephen Smith involvement
TSU: speciality insurance
TCN : faster growing US south residential real estate

Your opinion of each would be appreciated. What is your order of buying based on valuation and growth potential ?
