Q: I have a position in TOI and with the recent run, have some decent profit. You have mentioned a few times that TOI is expensive. Does it make sense to sell half my position and purchase LMN or do you think there is some positive momentum here and let TOI run a little more?

Q: Hi Team,
This is more of a general comment , discussion on Gsy valuation. Is it just me or the earnings growth this company is putting out in relation to its p/e seems incredibly cheap. Looking at their history , quarter after quarter continues to be record and shows the most stable growth out of any of my holdings on a long term basis. The ceo really seems to know what he’s doing here. I think this should be a $1000 stock within 8-10yrs of growth remains as is and they are given a fair multiple in the market. Am I crazy to think this ? This isn’t even accounting for their new growth initiatives such as the credit cards they are going to probably be rolling out, or expansion into the US. Just looking for your thoughts on this and what might prompt the market to start recognizing the stock fairly in regards to valuation ? Thanks

Shane

Q: Hello Peter,
What is happening to Ivanhoe electric? It is on a downward trend. I am thinking of selling my toi, and lmn, to invest in CSU as everyday i see csu ticking higher. Does this strategy makes sense? Also, with nice dividend history of fortis, why is it still so low whereas hydro one seems to be ticking higher. thanks very much

Q: I've owned GLXY for a while. The last time Bitcoin was at the $50K level, GLXY was significantly higher (roughly $26-27). Any reasons why there is such a difference in the performance given where bitcoin is today? Given the halving is occuring in April, which is typically positive for the price of bitcoin, I would have expected a higher SP. Perhaps there's a catchup trade in the future?

Q: KXS shares are basically flat over that past four years. Yet the company continues to grow nicely quarter after quarter and the balance sheet is strong. So the fundamentals look really good. This would imply major valuation compression. Can you please comment on the valuation four years ago compared to today? How does the current valuation compare to their industry and software sector?

Thanks.

Q: HI Guys

I know you were asked a recent question about Arcadian Timber but Just wanted some clarity. On the recent question you said " In the last year, ADN saw it's price see a slight drawdown, but total return was up by 3%. ADN continues to be a solid dividend payer with a yield of 7.14% while payout ratio is quite good at 37.36%. "

Today with their earning report they stated the dividend payout ratio for the year ending December 2023 was 132%, but 99% with the DRIP. and "Adjusted EBITDA for the year was $20.6 million, compared to $18.2 million in 2022. Acadian generated $15.0 million of Free Cash Flow during the year, compared to $12.2 million in 2022, and declared dividends of $19.8 million or $1.16 per share to our shareholders. Acadian's balance sheet remains solid with $14.8 million of net liquidity as at December 31, 2023, which includes funds available under our credit facilities."

So just wondering about how much extra funds they generate/accumulate beyond the dividend and the security of the dividend going forward. Aren't they at a level that is somewhat worrying if there was a further downturn in the lumber industry?

By the way I am a long time holder of this stock.

Thanks so much

Stuart
