Q: Can you give me your opinion on the actual state of these shares Astera labs and Arista networks ? And how you see their possible evolution in the next future (1-2 years)?
Thank you in avance and thank you for your professional service
Q: What do you think about the recent insider tech sell off by Peter Thiel, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, and others? Is this a signal of an incoming tech and general market crash?
Q: Can you elaborate a bit on your philosophy “Letting Winners ride”? Very difficult to do so when consistently managing position sizing. I own companies you have serious conviction in (BN, CSU, CLS, GOOG) that are becoming larger allocations in my portfolio. They feel like “Winners”, so why trim?
Can you provide an example or two that you personally have let winners run? And maybe a reason why you chose not to trim?
Q: Hi, I read a quick article today about one of the billionaire investors who was praising Bitzero. What do you know about this stock, and how would it compare with HIVE in your view? As well, rather confusingly, Bitzero seems to have two different stock tickers in Canada. Which one would be more recommended? Thank you for your service.
Q: There seems to be alot of innovative ETFs coming to market now a days. Specifically Enhanced income ETFs (such as Hamilton HDIV or HYLD) and 0DTE (such as Hamilton SDAY and QDAY). Both have different approaches to generating income. What are your thoughts regarding the two differnt approaches, is one better than the other? Safer? Or are these both too risky to even consider for anybody? How could they be used in a portfolio responsibly?
Q: This company is just on the verge of revenue positive marking a strong step in their growth. On top of that, they've just hit the first step of proving out the H2 feasibility of their solution - is this a good time to buy in to the company w/ a small position?
It has a long way to go but since each H2 project is tied to a contracted volume this limits risks so long as execution doesn't get in the way.
Q: I currently own MSFT and GOOG . MSFT is at a loss((down 20%) in a Registered Acct and I am reviewing switching to GOOG or AMZN for better returns. I am currently 10% of portfolio in on GOOG so am pondering the switch to GOOG. Do you think a bounce is expected with share price of MSFT in the next 6-12 months is possible?

Q: I am looking at taking some profits and rebalancing my portfolio heading into the end of year, I have historic tax losses that will allow this without issue…
I am currently at approximately 70/30 (Stocks/Fixed Income, Cash) , looking to move closer to 60/40. Do you think this is being too conservative heading into the end of the year?
Q: Back in the spring I bought into WCP at about a 1% position, which worked out well (so far). I am considering bumping this up to about a 2% position. Do you have any information about their payout percentage and how low oil could go before the dividend is at risk? I would appreciate any other general comments about WCP, and in particular, would you buy today.
Thank-you
Q: I believe it's tax loss season. I understand that people will dump their losing stocks to utilize the losses against gains. I wonder are most of these stocks sold no longer worth holding or are they likely losers for a good reason and their future is bleak?
Please name a handful or two of names you believe are tax loss stocks this year.
Q: Why is Celestica so volatile? Having just lost money on a stock, I'm gun shy to lose more on another one that I might be buying at a high. Do you have confidence buying here at this level? I know we can't be certain but do you think it's one of the better tech stocks to buy into today? Thanks.
Q: This is a one on one interview with Grant Fagerheim CEO of WhiteCap Resources. Very informative. An insight into the mind of a CEO in the Canadian Oil Patch. Definitely worth the watch.
