Q: As a follow-up to Blake's question of today, you note that FSZ "remains a higher risk income stock". What risk are you referring to - that the dividend (which has been very high for many years) will be cut or that the stock will drop significantly or both? I know that dividends are not guaranteed, but given the backers behind this company, I wonder what is new here for you to include this caveat?

Appreciate your insight.

Thank you!

Q: I almost missed the notice that the Directors of DM had purchased almost 2.5 million shares of the company last month which I see as positive but I also noticed when reading the FSZ information circular that 3 of the 4 Directors I was asked for vote for did not own a single share of FSZ. Needless to say they did not get my vote and I will now look to sell my FSZ in the near future. If the Directors aren't willing to own shares in their company then neither will I.

Q: Would these type of companies do well in a higher interest rate environment or would they suffer? Because these Co's are both higher risk income stocks, is it better to diversify having both or not? Currently I hold a half position in FSZ, and am contemplating buying FC. What do you think a good entry point would be? Thank so much!

Q: In an answer earlier this year, you mentioned IGM as having "turned itself around"; did you mean (for example) changes in its business practices, or its break-out from its pre-pandemic trading range? In another answer, you spoke of CIX's "high leverage to capital markets"; how do CIX, FSZ, and IGM compare in this respect? You've characterized the sector as "fairly cheap, with not a whole lot of organic growth and lots of pressure on margins"; given this backdrop (and assuming the sector is even investable), is IGM's relative market cap (3X CIX, 10X FSZ) a material reason to prefer it over the other two? Or is CIX's depressed share price (and implied growth-potential) more decisive?
