Q: We have about an 11% position in this etf (ZQQ). In the 5 years we have held this etf which was suggested to us by 5i, we have had about a 150% gain - thank you 5i Team. Almost half of these are held in TFSA or RIF accounts, and so not subject to capital gain tax . Due to strength in the Canadian dollar, we are considering switching some or all of the non taxable portion to a similar or identical etf that is not hedged to the Canadian dollar. We understand this would be solely a currency call. We would appreciate your thoughts on this and suggestion of suitable non-hedged Canadian ETFs. We think the MER on ZQQ is a bit high.

Thank you for your continued assistance.

Q: Hello, it was announced that Neighbourly Pharmacy chain files to go public on TSX with $150-million IPO. What do you think of this IPO? Could Neighbourly Pharmacy become a strong competitor to other pharmacy chains such as Shoppers Drug Mart? Do they already have stores in almost all Provinces of Canada. Thank you

Q: I have been holding on to acuity ads. I am down 29%. Would you recommend holding still? And what might be a timeframe for that size of recovery?

Q: Good morning, QIF
I've been looking at increasing the weight of the infrastructure portion of my portfolio and QIF ETF recently came up as a possibility. I would appreciate your thoughts on this particular ETF and whether or not you would recommend it for a long term hold and if so in which type off account (Non Reg/RRSP/TFSA/RESP) would it be preferable to hold this particular ETF in. Thanks

Q: Hi Team,
Currently I am down over 30% with kxs in a cash account . I am considering selling and generating a capital loss and using the funds to buy either TOI, or ABNB. Would this be advisable? Or do you see kxs having more upside long term than the other two mentioned? Or do you have a different top pick at the moment you would recommend buying instead to replace Kxs with , if I sold? Either US or Cnd. Thanks

Q: I own the above in an undisciplined TFSA. I am considering selling REAL, TTD, SU, DIR.UN, ATD.A and buying LUN, NTR
and more MG. Is this a good swap? Can you suggest other
correctives?? Take all the credits necessary. And thank you for the wonderful service.

Q: Could you please recommend your preference b/w these two? (Buy and hold for 5-10 year timeframe).
Also, if I wanted to increase my USD exposure, could I not purchase either one of these inside a US TFSA without paying any withholding tax on the dividend? Both pay a USD dividend I believe.
Thanks,

Q: Hello 5i,
Peter asked a question about Norbert's Gambit for RBC specifically. I have just completed two Norbert's today, one each way, using D.I. and will post to the Forums. If Peter is interested, he can check the forums for my post and then ask any questions he may have.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Mike
