Q: hi,
thank you for, and this question is in reference to, the answer to the "baby Mag 7" question a few days ago by "JR". are you able to do a short analysis of these 7, compared to the "adult" Mag 7 in regards current and future valuation, growth, debt/equity metrics. further, do you have any guess on the timeline of googl/meta etc.'s development/utilization of their own AI chips in house?
take as many points off as needed, this question seems like a bad homework assignment to me!

Q: JPM has had a decent run but I'm thinking of swapping it for Mastercard. Can I get your thoughts please?

Palo Alto has also been terrific, but I'm trying to add more AI into my portfolio. I'd like to sell it and find a new name, CDN or US. I own MSFT, AAPL, Salesforce, GOOG, Meta, NVDA, Constellation, Shopify and Kinaxis. I was thinking of Taiwan Semi, AMD or Broadcom, but can I get your thoughts please?

I own the following in a non registered account: SHOP TTD GSY HPS NVDA WELL KXS. I'm thinking of adding SCMI VRT AMD.
Could rank these ten stocks for growth over the next two-three years for an above average risk tolerance.

Q: Dear 5i
Are smci and vrt different enough to own both in a TFSA ?
Also i was thinking of buying NVDA for one TFSA and AMD for the other TFSA as a way of not betting just on one or the other . Would you agree with this line of thinking or not ?

Q: If the world is going to need all this power to deal with all this Artificial Intelligence that is going to be happening in the coming years, what stocks in your opinion will benefit from this need for electrification? Q: Hello 5i,
I am considering to let go of Ford and Magna as I don't see an EV catalyst for Ford and I am not sure about Magna since the Apple car rumour has disappeared !!!!
If I was to sell both, I like to add to one of the other tech companies ( listed above). On an evaluation basis which one is cheaper and that it has the forward momentum to excel in terms of their existing products and AI?

Q: Good Morning,

Our RESP for my 13-year-old daughter is currently valued at about $42k. It is comprised of 25% Google, 25% AMD, 25% DSG, 13% Apple, and 12% VMD. AMD had a large increase in shares trading hands ,29M, and price movement which looks like it started at around 10 am....any news or other catalysts on your radar what might be happening to prompt action....something related to jobs report maybe?
