Q: A further question on AI. Has your firm investigated using it to aid investment decisions? I recently had a discussion with a university professor using AI to write papers for instance and it sounds like the possibilities are endless.

Q: Hi ,
It is becoming increasingly hard to ‘keep the faith’ with respect to dividend growth stocks given their overall returns over the last year or so.
In particular, Enbridge has been a huge disappointment in terms of overall return, along with VDY and XEI due to poor performance of bank and energy stocks.
I am looking at replacing ENB as its outlook from a technical perspective is poor https://canada.swingtradebot.com/equities/ENB:TSX
Any suggestions ? this would be for a buy and hold cash account.
Best Regards,
Paul

Q: Good morning 5i, I'm looking to top up the following stocks in my portfolio. Can you rank them by timely buys first ( always looking for a deal) while being cognizant of dividends and growth. Your help is much appreciated.
Q: Hey guys!
Do think this is a good time to over weight the Banking Sector with the pull back or is it a time for caution? I find myself with lots of bank stocks! Like the dividends…
Thanks
Peter

Q: Hali's question about paperwork found re an old mine triggered my curiosity about paperwork that our family has for ELINOR mines in Northern Ontario. Does Bloomberg have any records about that mine?

Q: Retired, dividend-income investor. At what point does liquidity become an issue? I currently own 4000+ shares of LIFE and am considering adding another 500 shares. I believe that LIFE trades roughly 9000 shares/day.
LIFE is my proxy for the HC sector and it is my intent to hold for the long term. I know I could buy another HC ETF, like HHL. However I run a concentrated portfolio.
Thoughts? Thanks....Steve

Q: US stock market almost recovered after a stunning run lately. The Canadian market is apparently still recovering. Do you think there is a rotation that will be going on, e.g. Canadian stock market, or non-AI stocks? I am wondering whether there are some Canadian stocks that may be benefit from the rotations that we can invest now?
Q: Hi, these are my two stocks that are down the most . I think I will keep GSY through this downturn as I have more confidence in it during rough times? Could you talk about TVE and reasons why I should keep it , sell to half position or just sell for tax loss. We seem to be swimming against the current with government and environmentalists with oil and gas companies. Is it worth keeping at least into the new year when these companies seem to do better?
Thanks
Thanks

Q: I am considering adding this to my portfolio but the expression "don't fight the tape " keeps holding me back. Pros, Cons and thoughts would be appreciated.
Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
This stock has been like winning the lottery...it has risen about 50% since May. Needless to say it makes my day. So what do you think? Do you think that it has more room to run or should I cash in my winning ticket? Ha!Ha! Also if there is some kind of so called recession would it be seriously devalued.
Thank you for your opinion and insight...it is always a voice of reason! With respect...thanks again!
