The company received new analyst coverage on June 15 which might explain some of the recent bump but otherwise we don't see any news that is new. At 8X forward earnings and with a bit of a restructuring happening here along with som contract announcements, it could just be that markets are re-evaluating what the shares are 'worth', which sometimes can take time.
