Q: Gold above $2050 would be bullish I think. Wondering what your thoughts are on this asset category at this time and looking for your top two large and small cap picks that would have torque to a higher gold price.
Also a comment on the dividend sustainability of B2 would be appreciated.
Thanks folks

Q: Hello Peter,
I own TSLA shares mostly due to Elon Musk's innovation in the EV and other areas.. Given that he is always in the spot light (not always positive), do you think it is time to bail out or is the publicity just noise for now and will go away eventually . I am guessing it will be a rocky ride, but like to have your opinion given your experience in the industry. .. thanks very much

Q: Jf Tardif - for whom you have endorsed in the past as a ‘smart guy’- was on Bnn today recommend his top 3 junior gold picks that should bounce back next year. His picks were as follows: KNT, ORE, AMC.
In your answer to yesterday’s question about your favourite junior golds, you mentioned: KNT, KKR, OLA.
What do you think of Tardif’s picks and how would you rank the 5 securities in order of preference? Thank you

Q: Which point in the calendar is the best time to pick up next year’s bounce back candidates that are currently in the midst of heavy tax loss selling? Please advise.
Also. Please name top 3 candidates in cad and us market, and if you deem any of them too particularly compelling.

Q: For a "safe dividend stocks " strategy perspective, I noticed that those 2 stocks in my portfolio have reached a relatively low point (no loss),is it then time to 1)"average up " , 2)to wait and see,or3) eventually to sell in case of a new situation?
Q: Can I get your thoughts on the drop today? Good time to start a position, or at what price would you consider this attractive for a long term hold?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Q: Hi 5i Team,
I keep hearing that purchasing bonds is currently a generational opportunity given how elevated interest rates currently are and we are likely at the peak point of the rate cycle. How would you recommend approaching having exposure to bonds in order to capitalize on the opportunity?
Are there any other sectors or areas of opportunity that are out there that you think one should get exposure to in preparation of interest rates eventually coming down?
Thanks as always,
Jon

Q: Good morning.
I am down 35% on CSW.A with an effective yield of 4.4% on the purchase price. It is my cash account.
Is there really any point in continuing to hold this one? From reading answers to previous questions it does not appear there is any significant growth potential.
I think it would be best to take the capital loss and buy a BNS, BCE or ENB. Even with the loss I would make more income.
Your thoughts please.
Thanks.

Q: hi, can I get your current thoughts on CSW.A at this time. do you suspect it could start to move up in price with small caps soon? or are people not drinking their "spirits" so much anymore ( large capital depreciation over time ). do you have any other suggestions in the consumer defensive sector (cdn or us) with a good sized dividend and a better growth profile? cheers, chris
Q: What can you tell me about this security? Notwithstanding Its minuscule market cap, would you take a 0.25% position on it?
Thank you
Thank you

Q: Hi 5i Guys
I've owned BIP/BIPC for several years and done well with it. But with all the new Brookfield offerings and re-structuring I don't know if it's still best for me. Looking for both Dividends and Growth and sticking with Brookfield, should I stay with BIP/BIPC or is there a better stock to purchase in the Brookfield family?
Thanks Ken

Q: The Fidelity International Value index ETF has done very well over the past year. Its seems like value style of investments has performed better then growth/ momentum style in the last year for the global sector. Do you think this trend will continue for international stocks or is it the other way round. Looking forward for the next 2-3 years would interest rates going down be more of a favorable environment for the valve stocks?
Q: Peter; I own the IWO - what is the difference between the two ?Thanks.

Q: Hi,
I am wondering what your thoughts are on CIX. Do you think the shares can get to $30.
Is BNS a buy at current levels?
Is it likely for interest rates to fall? If so, what would be some stock ideas to take advantage of a lower interest rate?
Thanks!

Q: This stock seems to be on the move ? The forward P/E 222.9 & ROE (- 16.1%) but these figures don't look good . Would you take a chance and start investing and at what entry price ?
