Q: Retired, dividend-income investor. I have long term holdings in both ZLB and ZUT. Both are in registered accounts...no tax issues.

For asset allocation reasons, I am considering trimming ZUT and adding the proceeds to ZLB. When I use your charts and compare these two, ZLB appears to be the better performer over most timeframes.

Normally I would simply proceed, but this is a minor asset allocation tweaking. Also, I think that the BOC may be reducing interest rates this fall, which should have a positive impact on ZUT. Do you agree with this assumption?

Would you proceed or wait....I know this is a bit of a "market-timing" question?

Q: I have been reviewing my health care holdings and I am disappointed in the whole sector. Their percentage of my holdings has dropped, and if I rebalance I should be adding another 50% to these holdings. I am unhappy with IHI and UNH, even ISRG is in the doldrums. Your thoughts on adding to the health care sector and these companies/ETFs at this time. Are there other companies much better suited that I am missing. I am tempted to remove the whole sector from my portfolio, as I am comfortable with risk.

Q: BMO is now introducing Spyder ETFs for each major US market sector. They have the unhedged and hedged. Which of these sector ETFS do you like and would you do unhedged or hedged? I know there is ZQN and ZQQ which you have recommended, so I'm wondering what the difference would be in those versus ZXLK. Thank you!
