Q: Brad Jacobs has been president of the XPO and had done 2 spin off in the recent years (GXO and RXO).
He now plans to create a new company called QXO which trades on the nasdaq at the moment but is it actually the ticker symbol of this new company ? What do you think of this new name and would you take a position in the new entity at the moment or wait ? I am not sure if the capital structure of the company is actually finalized. They have big plans for the coming years. Thanks

Q: Hi, this is a group of the top S&P performers for the last five years. Although I don't know what the next few months will bring, the first year after a general US election is normally very bullish. Still I'm nervous buying anything that's gone up so much. Can you pick 4 of these choices you think still have long term growth potential without insane volatility?
Q: Why does XPO have such out performance over TFII, is TFII undervalued?

Q: XPO : I have owned for a few years.
RXO & GXO WERE SPUN OFF. ( as you know)
My question is: at what price were GXO & RXO shares issued?
Thanks … as always.

Q: Hello, XPO Logistics Inc said on Wednesday it plans to spin off its warehousing and logistics business into a separate publicly traded company.
The freight transportation and truck brokerage businesses will remain with XPO, while the new company will focus on e-commerce fulfillment, owning about 200 million square feet of warehouse space.
The company said it intends to structure the separation as a tax-free transaction to XPO shareholders, and expects to complete it in the second half of 2021.
Brad Jacobs will remain the chairman and chief executive officer of XPO while also becoming the chairman of the new company.
I’ve been a long time shareholder of this company, In your opinion should I let the transaction proceed and do nothing and become a shareholder of 2 companies ? Thanks

Q: I would appreciate your view on XPO logistics. Thanks !
Q: Would you take a short term trade position on XPO with the "gambling" portion of your account? If not, do you have a better idea? I own NVDA and MU already, MU is a shorter term idea, NVDA will have to be trimmed soon due to size in my portfolio, but plan to keep a full weight for years.
Q: I've done pretty well by simply selling short any company targeted by Spruce Point. XPO is their latest target. It's already had a bad day. What are your thoughts on a short at this entry point? Thank you as always in advance for your answer.

Q: Hi team !
In order to beef up my industrial sector, I am looking for one or two names with the best growth potential, moderate risk for a 2-3 years time frame.
In addition to the names listed above, I am looking at NV5 Global (nvee) and Arcelor Mital (mt). Feel free to suggest other options.
Grateful if you would formulate your recommandations at this time with the reason why and your preference. Do you own any of these stocks ?
Please deduct credits as you see fit.
A grateful Montrealer,
Jacques
