Q: Above are 4 of my poorest performers. Which ones would you be selling? Also, Nov. 4 there were a lot of stocks that were down big numbers even though some of them had a good quarter recently (i.e SHOP, LNTH, NVEE and a few others). Can you give me some insight into what is happening here. Always appreciated.
Q: After results announced yesterday, is Block worth keeping in RRSP account for next 3 to 5 years. If not please advise any better replacements.
Q: My question is not stock related but hopefully you can help. In the current buyer's market for real estate, would you buy first or sell first?
Thanks
Thanks

Q: Hello , following is my list of losers .. and I am assessing which ones to sell this month for YE capital loss. I appreciate your comments.
As an aside; in watching the huge drop in some of these stocks, one certainly wonders about the wisdom of their CEO's ... as an example META, they are spending billions on Metaverse so that people can work and play and interact in virtual reality .. maybe in the year 2050 !!. and many others that just didn't adopt their businesses to people post Covid returning to work and shop at malls... truly incompetent .. For me, this crash has convinced me to buy shares in companies that are making money and have a strong management team.
Thank you
Carlo R.

Q: Given the two companies which would you hold and why if you had to choose one? Would you be comfortable owning both?
Q: Your opinion on Tou reaching the 100.00 area in the next year?
Q: For ERE.UN, on Nov. 4 2022, you commented that CAR.UN owned 11% of the outstanding shares. But when I look on SEDI, CAR.UN reports owning 152,237,821 shares. I calculate that to be 65.66% of the shares rather than 11%. Can you please explain/clarify. Thanks

Q: Hi There,
I am considering taking up a position in either DIR.UN or TSU.
After TSU's recent run up, which of the two would be your preference for a 3-5 year hold at current levels?
Additionally, in your opinion, what is the likelihood the the federal government will change the tax rules around REITS in the short term?
Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter. In your FP article yesterday, you mentioned that small caps have led the market out of its slump. Which small cap mutual fund would you recommend? Thank you very much for your response.

Q: Hi 5i
Earlier today you offered Amazon and Meta as possible proxies forAlphabet. I thought i saw some ambivalence regarding Meta in recent questions. At least much more ambivalent than you have ever been towards Alphabet. I know that you must feel that your readers sometimes have a tendency to parse every answer you give. Sometimes right down to each syllable! But, that’s because we respect your knowledge and want to be really clear :).

Which three of the above fourteen oil & gas stocks would you sell first to bring my sector allocation back to my normal weight? This is assuming 100 WTI oil in 2023. Could you also provide a brief reason for each of the three stocks that you would get rid of first. Thanks.

Q: the company has come down a lot , sure that being a small company and in Europe are negatives , but since it is somehow protected by CAR.UN , what is your opinion ?, will CAR.UN let them down if things get too harsh ?, is it a good price to get in ?, or better wait until all the bad news settle in H1 2023.
thanks !!
thanks !!

Q: Unfortunately I hold luck in my tfsa and am down 85%. What is happening with this company? It looks like it's stopped trading or something. The only recent news I've seen is regarding an activist shareholder.
