Q: If you had 10K right now - and were not invested at all - and were 5 years away from using the money, where would you invest it for maximum growth?

Q: My son (23) has 9000$ to invest in his first TFSA (he already has a FHSA account that is maxed out). He wants to open a TFSA investing account. Do you have a recommendation for how he breaks up the 9000.00 (ie. 3 stocks)? Are there any sectors that he should focus on at first? Do any particular stocks jump out at you as suitable for this kind or foray into the market?

Q: Hi I currently hold these US companies. Can you please suggest your top 10 US companies that would compliment these the best for a long term hold? In order ideally. A growth rating 1-10 (10 being the best) and a risk rating 1-10(10 being the riskiest)

Q: Good morning,
I own a 3% position in BIPC and smaller positions in BBUC and BBU.UN. I was thinking of selling all three and adding to BN before the split. I also own BEP.UN.,BAM, BEPC and BN. This is in non -reg account. Since they are relatively small gains, taxes are not an issue. Thanks, Paul

Would 5i Research consider publishing a full company report and rating for Brookfield Corporation (BN)? I currently hold BN, but I find it challenging to fully understand its multi-layered business model and strategic direction. Q: Wanting to diversify my bank stocks heavy cash account into more growth opportunities over the last couple of years , I have added BN, LMN, GSY ( and have done well , thanks ).
I have followed FSV and TFI for years , never buying. Basically , both were too expensive in my eyes. However I now see FSV as an asset light company with blowout earnings and TFI a company with strong management caught in a cyclical downturn. Which would be your next purchase and why ? Thanks. Derek
