Q: I have held shares in Fortune Minerals since 2012. It has been a dud and it is worth almost nothing now. Last year, the Canadian Federal Government said they were offering money to accelerate the production of critical minerals like cobalt, which Fortune Minerals will produce if they ever get their project underway. In May, Fortune Minerals said it is working with Rio Tinto to develop technology to expand production of cobalt and bismuth. Maybe a good sign, but the whole project is moving so slow! And they need cash! At this point, would you take the tax loss or continue to hold? Also, if you had to pick either Fortune Minerals or Upstart for tax loss selling, which would you choose? Thanks.

Q: I would like to do some tax loss selling and was wondering if you might be able to rank ILLM, UPST, OVV, TOY, SQ, GH, FLGT, and COW in order from those with the least potential to recover over the next year, to the most potential. If I were to sell them all, are there any you would consider buying back after 30 days? Thanks.

Well over a year ago I made a note to look at these five stocks when interest rates peak and/or start to drop.
Recently I have heard commentary that the recent run up in price is largely short covering.
I'd love to hear your take.
Are any in this group investible yet and in what order would you buy them.
I have an above average risk tolerance.

Q: I hold the following in loss positions and need to raise some money and sell 2 of these dogs. In the past I have sold my winners hoping for recovery on the losers but I am trying to fight the psychology of that tendency. Q: Its pretty obvious that AI is going to be a big investment thesis this year and likely for a number of years. It looks like it will be very disruptive, which will create investment opportunities. With that will come hype and promotion of low quality companies that will get propped up in the wave of AI. Like crypto, NFT's, etc etc I think AI will probably be the next craze, and a lot of money will be made and lost. But so far the only recommendations I'm reading about are mega caps like Nvidia, Apple, GOOG which can do well but they aren't going to be multibaggers. Do you have any insight into smaller companies that may benefit most from this AI boom? Looking for game changing smaller companies that have the best chance at multibagger gains? Thx

Q: Hello,

I have small positions in these 6 stocks, all in the red - MTCH, ROKU, GNRC are in registered accounts, RBLX, UPST, ZM in non-registered. I don't find it easy to sell any stocks but in the spirit of 'pulling weeds', can I get your opinion on which of these, if any, you would sell. Any that might be worth adding to at their current valuation?
