Q: why does it "seem" like the boring old dividend plays like Utilities are under performing so much in last few months? Would have thought dividend plays in Canada would have benefited with "search for yield" scenario despite slowing economy.

Q: Morningstar rates ATZ "Wide" moat, only a handful of Canadian companies are rated as such. How did ATZ build that moat? I missed the boat, but just doing research.

Q: What are your thoughts on selling these two bank stocks I am about 25% down on both going on three years , thinking of buying Td or Ry.

Q: Thought your subscribers should know that yesterday, TD made a significant upgrade to their target for BOS (from $18 to $25). Their rationale was as follows:" We believe that opportunities related to the COVID-19 pandemic and recently created AirBoss Defense Group subsidiary are not currently factored into the AirBoss share price."

And their potential upside scenario is much more optimistic. "Should AirBoss' Rubber Solutions segment trade in line with its Hexpol comparable, and its Defense Group subsidiary achieve our upside scenario revenue in 2023 while trading at 10.0x forward EBITDA, we believe that the stock could be valued at $50.00- $55.00/share by the end of 2022. Considering this upside supports our view that the current share price undervalues the long-term potential opportunity."

Q: I gave SIM another quarter and I have to ask the question again. Any comments on their latest quarter. I'm down 75% and I don't like their frequent share dilution. Also revenue from previous year is being replaced with revenue with a higher margin but overall the revenue is not growing much. Would you give them another quarter or two or move on? The amount of money is really insignificant at this time.

Q: I am considering starting a new position in REAL and wanted to know if you believe now is an appropriate time to initiate given the recent run-up in stock price. Q: I have a follow up question on NKLA (thanks for the very quick response by the way).

Just wondering how you would interpret the fact that the there is such a divergence between the at the money put and call prIces. For example, at $65 strike, July call last traded at $7.20 while put traded at $31.20. Is option market telling you something quite different than stock market? Is such divergence from put-call parity common?

Q: So, the Apple saga finally over and quarterhill finally getting paid, albeit not as much as previously thought and no more appeals allowed by Apple! Stock up nicely today, doing a dutch auction. Still own lots of it. Where do you see this in three years time? Looks like the ship is being turned around.

Steven Roach was speaking yesterday and says that he feels that with what the fed actions are and have been he sees the US$ retracing by 35% in the future. Do you agree and why? Also, what do you reccommend 5i readers do if they have substantial money invested in US equities?
