Q: Can you please comment on another drop on TTD today. Any news or thesis for this drop? What is your current stance on this stock and is it one to hold onto or do you have strong convinction ideas? I have nice gains on it since first recommendations from 5i in the pandemic so am ok with moving onto better ideas if you had some to suggest. Thanks so much!

Q: Your thoughts on their earnings and guidance please? Is the drop today overdone? Analysts downgrading but still seeing significant upside. I know your approach is often to let shares settle so my question is whether today's news has changed the story (not investable) or if expectations were so high that a still good business/investment is being punished disproportionately

Q: Hello 5i,
In a US $ account, I hold AEM, TRI FSV WCN and BIPC. I just checked my RBC direct investing account and the dividends for BIPC and WCN are off (a bit). As far as you are aware, should i be receiving the full dividend without conversion nicks?

Also, on the 5i site I used to be able find the USD beside the dividend listed for the companies I track that pay divies in USD. That is currently not the case for the full set. Has your data source changed? Or perhaps the policies at the companies changed?

TIA!

Q: Dear 5i
Out of the above listed stocks , what would be your order of preference in a margin account and a TFSA account . By preference i mean level of earnings and quality of company ?
Also would you add any of these names to an RRSP , assuming an otherwise balanced portfolio , or perhaps consider CLS , Nebius or SRAD instead ?
Thanks
Bill C

Q: In reply to Patrik's question about whether he should hang on to ENGH, you said there was not a lot to get excited about here. However, I am excited about ENGH and bought more on Friday's sell-off. Here's why:

1) $5 a share in cash on the balance sheet, with no debt
2) Forward P/E ratio of less than 10 if you deduct this cash from Friday's closing share price
3) Utility-like 5.7% dividend yield while you wait for a turnaround.

I agree that there is a lot of uncertainty as to whether or not ENGH can return to growth, but I would argue that investors looking for income should by buying ENGH at current prices. If growth does return, the stock will pop.

Could you not get just a little bit excited?

Q: It is a general rule that the day a stock goes ex-dividend there is a corresponding drop in the stock price .....Could 5i tell me the movement of GDXY the day it went ex-dividend for the last four dividend payments ? I didn't notice any movement myself that I could attribute to the security going ex-dividend but I wasn't watching closely ..... Also if there was movement what was the average recovery time for the ETF to return to the pre ex-dividend price or better ? Please tie your calculations to a corresponding rise or drop of the price of gold at the time of the events ? .... Thanks for your terrific service ! .....

Q: Do you know what % of the companies sales come from Costco? I understand they are finished a $1B capital spend having expanded production facilities in the US. I know they are on the cusp of large anticipated cash flow increases from the expansion. Will producing there largely shield them from tariffs? Would you buy it now? What are the risks? Debt? Thank you.
