Q: Hello Team,

I don't currently own any of the noted stocks, can you rank them in order in which you would purchase today based on a 2-3 year return. Thanks.

Q: Hi 5i Team,

I was reading one of your recent responses where the idea came up that small caps are “long overdue” for a run. I’ve been hearing the same sentiment on CNBC and from other market commentators, so it got me thinking.

I’m not fully convinced that something is necessarily due to outperform just because it hasn’t gone up in a long time. I’m not sure how much of this is genuine opportunity versus a narrative around sector rotation. Large caps have treated me fairly well since I started investing, whereas my early experience with small-cap mining stocks was, frankly, a disaster.

That said, markets often move on sentiment and momentum as much as fundamentals. If enough people believe small caps are about to run, they often do — regardless of whether they’re truly “overdue.”

With that in mind, I’m curious:
If you had to narrow it down to five small-cap names to choose from for a potential small-cap run, which ones would you consider most attractive right now — either due to fundamentals, positioning, or momentum?

I realize Nike isn’t a small cap, but if I can’t get comfortable with a small-cap thesis, I’d likely just default to something like that. I’ve also wondered whether a beaten-down name like Krispy Kreme would qualify as a small-cap candidate with rebound potential.

In short, I’m looking for a short list of small caps that could realistically double or triple if the “small caps are going to run” narrative plays out.

Thanks, and I appreciate your insight.

Best regards,

Q: Hello 5i,

We are perplexed on which payment stocks to purchase. FOUR seems to be somewhat of a disappointment so far, though many have fallen from grace this year and a path to digital payments through crypto looks promising though we are not sure how this will shake out.

Can you comment on the best way to capitalize on stocks in this sector and rank the top 3 payment stocks (in order please) to hold for 5 years or longer.

Thank you

D&J

Q: Any thoughts on SEZL? I purchased a few shares before the recent run-up. Is there any chance it will continue to appreciate? Or perhaps go for Affirm or OPFI instead? Thanks.

Q: Would you consider Revenue Growth the leading indicator of a companies liklihood to succeed and grow its share price provided properly managed?

Seems todays most successful stock market darlings have all had tremendous revenue growth albeit not necessarily Profitable during their early days of rapid Revenue growth.

If I were to look for 2 or 3 US and Canadian Mid Cap companies most likely to lead the rest of the market with staggering Revenue growth over the next 2-5 years which do you think these might likely be?

Q: A while ago you guys offered up an interview with Chris and Peter. They were talking about the ideal stocks and why Peter selects them.

The recco from Peter during that episode was Axon and why it was so amazing. Well, everything Peter stated has proven to be right and stock is up close to 100%.

Does Peter have another stock he loves as much as Axon was loved during that interview?

With thanks

Sheldon
