Q: I am considering averaging down on both of these. CPG due to their recent purchase and BIPC due to interest rate increases.
What are your thoughts. One guest on BNN suggested averaging down this am on BIPC.

Q: I have some cash in my RRSP account that I will be investing in the next couple of weeks. I understand that Dividend US Equity investments are preferred for RRSP accounts. I am considering the above stocks for my RRSP. Please advise if these stocks are considered Dividend US Equity investments and rank the stocks in order of preference for a 5 year hold.
In my RRSP Direct Investing account, I have the option of converting CDN funds to US funds before purchasing US stocks. Would you recommend converting CDN funds to US funds before purchasing US stocks?

Q: Your March 2 2023 on the company seems relatively positive? But over the Summer/Fall less positive? (correct me if I have that wrong) If true, is it a reflection of real estate market/higher interest rates or execution of the company? Earnings were released on Friday, comment? If you were doing report card/ 5i Opinion today what would you change? Thanks!

Q: Would the 5i team be aware of any stock that would have a growth rating of 6 and higher along with a risk rating of 4 and lower. I'm needing to add 2 or 3 stocks (gems if any exists) to portfolio.

Q: Further to Rajeev's question ie: the STN offering, how do offerings like this work ? As the price is at a discount to the current price, it seems unfair to existing shareholders. Are they given first opportunity or is it just open to the public ? Why would'nt a big player just buy and then sell the position in the market to skin the difference ? Is there a period that buyers have to hold ? How would an individual participate ? Thank you,
