Q: Good day, Adobe has taken a big hit in the couple of months. Revenue forecast for 2025 is below analysts' consensus. Is this a good technology stock to still hold or can one move to something better. Thanks

Q: Hi team,
What’s your current thoughts on Vhi? Valuation wise it currently seems pricey . But , the company recently completed a big offering at near today’s price. So, investors seem to want to pay up for the name. Recently Jason Donville named it as a top pick , with him spouting that it should be a $20 stock in a year. Is this realistic ? I remember when Donville was a small cap god on BNN 10 years ago; at one time he had a good reputation it seemed as a stock picker . He also mentioned that it is the next dsg. Big shoes to full. I guess question is does vhi really have the potential to change the healthcare software sector radically in the next few years ? Does it hold a product ahead of any competition? Is this a name that could be a huge winner in the long run ? I hold a smaller position currently. Wondering if it’s worth a shot adding to the band long term at this level ?
Thanks ,
Shane

Q: Are there good reasons to expect PHD or, for that matter, floating rate ETFs, in general, will have a better future 5-10 years than their past record would indicate?

Q: Happy New year 5i!
It's been an interesting start to the year, and I've been watching/reading things that seem to be leaning towards or preparing for a 'fearful' period. Thoughts on this? With deployable cash, would you be getting it in the market quickly, or not be in any rush?
That being said, AXON and CSU have all seemed to back up more significantly than they ever have, and CRWD as well with the exception of the update failure event. IESC, PSN, and MU as well trending lower.
I hold none of these and have some USD free for 2 half, or 1 full position. Would paying the FX to get CSU on sale be your top pick? of the ones mentioned, would you rank them in terms of expected growth over the next 1 - 5 years? please add a 3 or 4 more options in there as well if you have other top picks. Small caps are good too.
I currently hold GOOG NVDA AMZN MSFT POWL ISRG CLBT VRT on the US side.
I don't mind managing holdings in a shorter period of time if needed, but aim to find those long term compounders and let them continue to win.
Thanks for everything!

Q: Could you please share your thoughts about Paladin as an investment to take advantage of uranium’s uptrend.
I’m a long time Fission shareholder wondering whether to hold on or invest elsewhere.
Thank you.
Marc.

Q: I am looking for an Emerging Markets ex-China ETF that has a lower weighting of TSM than what I've found in AVXC (currently at about 9%). Is there a suitable option that exists?
Q: I am curious what you think about Centrus (LEU) I believe the only US company capable of enriching uranium while supply from Russia is suspended. The company's history appears dubious.

Q: Would this be a good time to start buying medium- to long-term bonds? If so, what bond categories and durations would be optimal? My intention is to hold whatever instrument I buy to its maturity.

Q: Hi Peter…Would you buy more GOT now? They seem to be posting excellent grades today. My weighting is 1/2 of 1%. Still maybe I should just let the stock ride. Gold is just so hard to call. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Q: What are your current thoughts on Melcor Developments for adding to a TFSA? It has been a while since a question was asked.
Q: I know that you had previously listed West Fraser Timber as one of the stocks that could be harmed by the tariffs. It has decreased over $10 in the past month or so. Do you think it is now pricing in the tariffs or not? Also, do they not have operations in the US? How does that factor into this question?
Q: Hi there!
What’s your view of the Copper market for 2025 and, what would be 3 of your best companies to own?
Thanks!

Q: I use ZAG as fixed income ETF for my RRSP following standard recommendations. am i missing out by only using a Canadian ETF? Is there an ETF in CAD that would include US or global content?
Q: FRU has revenue from U.S. operations. Might this offer protection against tariffs? Are there Canadian companies with most of their revenue from the U.S.?

Q: Good afternoon,
I have around 18k in my FHSA currently all cash, I'm looking for some investment options to allocate that cash to but not sure of the best practice. I'm looking at purchasing my 1st home in 8-12 months. Would it be best to invest the 18k in different ETFs? Should I allocate 1/3, 1/3, 1/3? What would you recommend as diversification as well as some ETF's you think would be appropriate for my current situation.
Thanks!

Q: I'm looking at portfolio style ETFs for my RRSP like VGRO. I find these Canadian based ETFs are overweight Canadian equites. My aim is to reduce the number of ETFs that i own in my RRSP. Is there any CAD ETFs that you recommend that cover global equities, including US, that doesn't overweight Canada?
