Q: Order Fill Limit Order Tips for ETFs. I have been placing limit orders to buy TCSH ETF which is a Canadian money market ETF. I have access to Time & Sales data using TD Advanced Dashboard. It looks like the transaction prices vary between 50.10 and 50.11 with "size" typically 100 to 200. I am not sure if "size" refers to lot size or quantity of shares (maybe you guys know?). I would like to buy 1,800 shares at 50.10. Will I have better success rate if I place multiple limit orders using lower quantities at 50.10 or likely the same result if I just place 1 limit order for 1,800 shares at 50.10? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Q: Thanks for answering my question regarding Premum/Discount for TCSH canadian money market ETF. In your answer you stated "Indicated Yield" of 2.63%. I looked at the TD web site and could not find this metric. Can you tell me where I can find this important metric as well as help explain what "Indicated Yield" means? TD only provides current yield to maturity on their web site. Many thanks.
Q: TCSH ETF is classified as a money market product. I understand that the NAV will usually increase until the monthly distribution near the end of the month. What I don't understand is why this ETF always seems to trade at a price much higher than the actual NAV. I thought all money market ETF's would trade very close to NAV price.

Q: what is your opinion on TSCH-TD Cash Management ETF? Are there other options I should consider? I am considering putting some of my cash into this ETF- this cash is not required for at least 18 months so I would like to optimize returns. Thanks.
Q: Checking into where to park some cash and looking into TD Cash ETF TCSH. Assuming this is invested in capital safe investments for interest income why does the price chart show its been on a decline, small amount but was expecting up and down based on distribution payouts but neutral, the chart shows an overall decline. Why?
Q: I have put a large portion of my cash in CASH and TCSH due to my reluctance to lock in the money. My question more on taxing of proceeds: are both taxed fully as income?
Q: What are your thoughts on TCSH for a place to park cash for a while? Do you have a better recommendation?

Q: Hi, Is there a site giving the actual yield of all the HISA ETF’s? The distributions are already decreasing. I guess they are pretty similar, but they change monthly. PS: I do not think the dividend/yield on 5iResearch MarketData are up-to-date. Thanks.

TD Cash Management ETF (TCSH $50.03)
Q: I understand this is a new ETF issued by TD Asset Management. There is a little information on its website. I am interested in it as a short term cash management option. I could not determine the yield. If you look at the current holdings, it states over 90% is invested in other than Canada. In its top 10 it holds a number of Trusts and when you look into these they represent a range of money market investment options including car loans, credit card debt, etc. Though it states the risk is low, its holdings would seem to suggest otherwise. Firstly, can you compare TCSH yield with that of GICs or HISAs. Further, do you have an opinion of this ETF as a place to park money. If you prefer other like ETFs would you also state how you would rank them. Thank you.

Q: I am retired and looking to park some cash. TCSH and MCAD appears to be another type of ETF being offered around fixed income. These ETFs along with ETFs like PSA and CASH seem to be a good place to park some cash for a while. What would your opinion be on the safety of either type of ETF and any advantages or disadvantages of either class of ETF?
