Q: I understand CNR stock can be recession sensitive. It has gone down somewhat - would you say this is a buy here or would you be holding for more downside or waiting to see if we head into a recession? What would be a good price target to buy in for a long term hold? Thanks so much.

Q: Please disect the Q numbers here, margins look to be improving. Would you endorse a full position at this point?
Q: Your thoughts please on the quarter. Thx
Q: Hi,
Enjoyed Chris and Zach's podcast. How come they chose PNG/TSU as their small caps and not some of your usual favourites like PRL or PAY . Also I am somewhat surprised that whilst PNG/TSU do get "airtime" in your Q&As, they don't make it in your small caps short list. You must have some rationale. Somewhat puzzled, that's all.

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
I see ATS is still in your growth portfolio. I took the stairs up and so far am riding the elevator down. Do I assume that you feel this is not a weed that needs pulling and (overly)patient investors like myself would likely regret getting out at the current floor in the elevator?
Thanks for all you do
Dennis

Q: Hi Peter…I see both SIS & NFI set 52 week highs today with NFI up 40% year to date. I have owned SIS for a number of years thanks to 5i, so thanks again! I also owned NFI about 10 years ago and sold my shares in stages generating a profit every time, and yes the profits shrank as time passed! I know you’re negative on NFI, but you also recommend buying stocks which set new highs. I’m considering selling my Super Micro and buying either NFI, SIS, MDA or SHOP. Of the 4 I have an existing position in SIS only. I believe I am an “aggressive” investor but Super Micro’s roller coaster ride is testing me. I have owned NVDA since 2017 which I consider to be a core holding. Maybe I don’t need to own 2 chip makers? I’m perplexed, could you give me some guidance?
Thanks,
Jim

Q: Disappointed B2 Gold shareholder here. I have been extremely patient with B2 Gold but the share price has not rewarded that patience, though the dividend is nice. I am contemplating making a switch to Lundin Gold. What is your opinion of Lundin Gold and, realizing you can't speak to my personal situation, in general would you advocate such a switch?
Thanks as always for your expertise.

Q: Hello 5i team,
I listened to the Propel conference call yesterday and two things I found interesting: 1) their dividend payout ratio is 22-23%. They mentioned there lots of room for growth. 2) Fintech adoption in Canada is only around 14%; which is much lower than other western countries. What are your thoughts on PRL going forward?
Thank you for the great service.

Q: Please comment on the mid to long outlook for BTO, the current valuation, and the sustainability of the dividend, given that the few “good news” items in the recent report won’t have an impact until the second half of 2025.
Q: You were asked a question on this comapny this morning but did not comment on the quarter, and with news today would you chage your comments?
Q: Good morning,
I would appreciate your opinion on AQN ...is it a buy ,sell or hold with the news of today ?
Thank you

Q: I have been adding to my positions in PRL around current levels thinking that the results looked good and future growth prospects were promising. So I thought.
Yet while I have been buying PRL shares I notice that there has been heavy selling of shares by company insiders. I realize that shares could be sold for various reasons by cooperate insiders but my sense is that selling by insiders around the current share price has been extreme. It does not appear to be a vote of confidence in future growth prospects by company insiders. What do they know that we do not? I would appreciate your comments. If insiders are heavily selling the shares at current levels, why should we be buying or holding the shares.

Q: Hi Team,
I am watching Gsy shares fall after beating on earnings. Any idea why the shares are selling off after what seems to be great results? Also ; has there been any speculation yet of who will get the new CEO role? And also do you feel it’s possible Mullins is leaving due to a possible upcoming “taking private “ of the company? I found it odd for him to leave at this stage just when Gsy seems to be growing its scale at an exponential rate. Thanks
Shane

Q: Can I get updates for these three that all announced earnings today. If considering total return over the next 3 years would you trade out any one of the three of them?

Vanguard Total International Stock (VXUS)
Q: VI and VEF have been suggested as Canadain dollar alternatives to VXUS. Both VI and VEF are hedged to the Canadian dollar. Is it better to be hedged or unhedged to the Canadian dollar? I was considering VIU which I believe is the unheadged version of VI.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: When is the earning report date ? What is the market expectation ? Thanks a lot .
Q: Are you seeing any Canadian companies with significant insider buying?
