Q: What can you tell me about the news release that just came out regarding MND and Alkane Resources ? Is this a good deal for MND ? What value would you place on MND now as a result of this and is it worth holding on to MND for the long term ?
Q: hi folks...it appears that Well Health, well/t...now owns 97.47M shares of Healwell, Aidx, or 37%...and have 30.8M MVSs ....am I correct that Well bought the shares for $0.125/shr, and the 30.8M MVSs for $0.01 each (exercisable at $2.50)...if correct...does that not seem like a great deal & execution by mgmt at Well Health....I know they have had lots of stumbles in past, but I am thinking/hoping...that 2025 is breakout year. Am I correct with my figures for Healwell??, & your thoughts, thanks as always, jb Piedmont QC....Go Habs Go hehe
Q: Have I missed the ideal buying opportunity for these guys, even with a long term horizon?
Should I wait for Trump to rattle the tarrif cages again to stimulate a market selloff? At what point do we consider this planned market manipulation (rhetorical question).
What price entry point would you say is a good buying opportunity?
Q: I would like to know which stocks you would add to my portfolio as I head into retirement needing dividends but also would like to have growth. If none of the mentioned are options, which would you recommend?
Q: What is your view of ARE? Legacy projects are crushing earnings but otherwise things seem positive. Would this be a good time to step in or have there been too many disappointments?
Q: Any reason for big sale on Wsp? Is there any reason not to add to it. I have a very small position in NVO . Which has become smaller..is there any reason to add to it?or would you consider selling it and buying Lly instead. Thanks. Shyam
Q: If CDPQ continues to own 14%, after sale of 1.6% interest and still being the largest shareholder of WSP Global, would you consider the 4% drop as a nice opportunity to add ?
Q: MRK was a recommendation for stable US and health exposure, but has seen a major drawdown in 6 moths. Any insight you can offer on current challenges and whether they have a path to recover? Or should it be replaced?
Q: Is it too early in the tariff war to buy these 'growthy' names? If not, can you suggest two choices (prioritizing consistent earnings) and why you chose them?
Q: Can you comment on Vertiv's earnings and the outlook for the stock? Positive market reaciton but how much of that is the market itself generally being up?
Thanks.
Q: Announced yesterday that a large holder of WSP is divesting a significant chunk of shares but will still hold a very large position. This is probably rebalancing their portfolio but what impact if any will this have going forward. Price today is down $9.
