Q: Thanks for your advice as always.
I am a bit confused on CSU. I thought the share price was to drop on December 23rd on the Topicus dividend/spinout date. I don't see it and thankful. Any thoughts on why or maybe when this could happen? I now have Topicus shares in my TD account but they don't show any value yet (probably not until end of January).

Q: Hola Peter et al.

My daughter’s TFSA is a mix of growth and stable names. A year or so go I bought TCL.A, expecting a stable company with some growth...but it went the wrong way. Would it make sense to sell TCL and buy LNF or would that be switching one good but slow moving company for a second good but slow moving Co.?

The difference in sector is not relevant and obviously taxes are not a factor.

Q: I currently have a 2% weight and wonder what your thoughts are for increasing this to 3%, best to leave at 2% and invest in other names from the income portfolio or okay to bring it up to a 3%? I am currently under water on this one so would be averaging down but have a very long time frame before needing the income.

Q: Would there be any recent news on the walmart or oracle take over of tiktok or have the courts thrown it out i own oracle and if there is no chance of seeing them buying tiktok i'm wondering if adobe would be a better stock to own.

Q: Re Nizar's question about using USD as a deposit for TFSA. I did this last year. NEVER again. I use TD WebBroker. I had called for help and told the cash would be converted to Money market funds and deposited in the TFSA. Problem was the conversion was miscalculated and too large for annual deposit. Covid was happening at the time, and TD reduced Help line hours. I had to scramble to send CRA an explanation for the overpayment. It took many weeks calling the Help line before the extra cash was withdrawn.

Q: I am looking to put my money into 2-5 stocks/Mutual funds.
Investment Horizon is 10 Yrs, i am a high risk taker, looking for High growth.
But, I am not very active in the stockmarket, I want to put my money in 2-5 holdings and then forget about it..... and then sell them after 10-15 years.

Please suggest 2-5 stocks/Mutualfunds etc...
I friend suggested BAM, BRK.B and Mauer Mutual funds.....Please advice
