Q: I hold SDOW with a tight stop. Am considering using Am considering using HSD as a further hedge(again with a tight stop) to increase my hedge against a downturn. Other than the fact it tracks S and P 500, is a double bear rather than triple, and is Canadian listed, would HSD work similarly? Am a sophisticated investor, thanks for your comments, Bill

Q: Hi 5i
I've read 5i posts regarding insider selling recently The Ink insiders buying report indicates recent buying of about $3M by director.
In your opinion does this increase your confidence in the company's share price going forward and if so to what degree? Or is it simply not that relevant currently?
Would you add to existing position at these levels?
Thx

Q: Thanks for the great service. I feel like I have become too heavy on tech and healthcare and not well-diversified globally. Can you suggest some small and large caps that you would buy today?
Q: good afternoon
i have positions in both PBH and NWC. PBH is growing slowly but steadily and NWC has been basically flat, albeit with a decent dividend. What would you say to selling NWC ( no gain) and reinvesting the proceeds in PBH? I have long horizons. Thanks.

Q: I read in today's paper BEPC is doing a share issue which I think explains yesterday's +5% drop. According to the paper the money is not going to BEPC. Who is getting the money...are BAM.A or BEP.US going to see the benefit of the share issue? Would you agree that shareholders are experiencing dilution? (More shares issued but the cash not getting invested in the business).
Thanks,
Jim
Thanks,
Jim

Q: I hope you can tell members how you prioritize questions sent to your Member Questions service .
This may help members to structure questions in a way that makes them more efficient to deal with.
It seems questions about a company in the news get answered almost immediately. News such as Takeover announcements or quarterly reports are answered on the day of the news or very soon after. I understand that you try to answer questions within 3 business days but within those 3 days does length of question, complexity, staffing, affect response time or is there a hierarchy or some other priority system in place?
Thank you
Frank
