Q: I am considering triming the following stocks ALA, BDT, CVE, EFN, GSY, GWO, IAG, MEG, PEY, TVE, TVK, WCP and X. If I do trim, there will be significant Capital Gains. How would you rank them for total return over the next 2 years? How would you rank them for trimming and if different than above ranking, please advise the reason for the difference ? Thanks

Q: We're taking some profits from my wife's position in TVK, and I'm looking to establish a new position for her.

For what might qualify as tech/AI, she has DSG, AMZN.ca and Goog.ca. On the AI theme, I'm considering Avgo.ne (I'm overweight Nvidia), ASML.ne or AMD.to. She also lacks in Communications and tech generally, so I'm also thinking NFLX.ne. and Uber.ne.

This is intended to be a long-term holding with growth in mind, so can you rank the five companies -- AVGO, ASML, AMD, NFLX and UBER in order of preference please in terms of long-term growth.

And thank you for your service over the last decade-plus, because retirement certainly wouldn't be in sight without 5I's help.

Q: Terravest, Celestica, Lumine, Vitalhub, Hammond power solutions and several other stocks have already been discovered by the market, with their share prices reflecting that momentum over time. In your opinion, could you name 2-3 stocks US and CAN that are still under the radar and have strong potential to surge once they're discovered by the broader market? Q: Hello. I’ve held Savaria in an RESP for a number of years and have done decently though it has not performed well recently. Ignoring diversification etc I’m wondering if a switch into TVK might provide better returns. Thoughts on this ignoring other holdings?

Let me start by thanking you all for you valuable insights into markets and stock valuations through the years. My question is regarding a tfsa portfolio. I am considering reducing amount of stocks to 20. Which 6 stocks would you let go in order of first to sell to last. Secondly, could you give me a brief opinion/ comment on my present holdings in a tfsa and if there's value in keeping status quo.

Q: Hi, looking at a couple of stocks that have had a good run. TVK comes to mind, I now have about a 7%+ position and doubled my money on this stock (thanks for your good work). I know it’s a personal preference but I’m unsure, part of me says let it run, another says sell at least 25% .
Do you have a set rule that you use with higher growth stock? And of course if I sell I have to find something else, or preserve my capital. (A good problem to have).

Should I wait for Trump to rattle the tarrif cages again to stimulate a market selloff? At what point do we consider this planned market manipulation (rhetorical question).

Q: hi 5i. sorry for the number of equities in this. you seem to like all (most?) of these companies. I have none of these in my portfolio, but have been trying to get in at lower prices. can you please rank as buy, sell, or hold. can you flag any that you have more concern with re the uncertain investing markets right now ie any to totally avoid? could you give a price point at which you would be buyers of the equities.
