Q: With the recent drop in price, would you consider BHP an ideal opportunity to take advantage of tax loss selling over the next few weeks? Do you still think the dividend payout is reasonably safe? I have not seen the "each representing two" statement before... pls. explain! I am 84 and wanting to add to my income portfolio.

Q: Is there latest acqusition of a coal power plant in Kentucky, though it does plan greening hurt the stock along with some dilution with share offering.Just doesn't seem to get traction.

Q: Looking at the concern over rising interest rates I took EIF as an example of the effect,
EIF has a dividend of approximately 5%, the equivalent interest rate would be in vicinity of 6%.
So if my calculations are right interest rates have a long way to go to have a material effect,
In this case also we have some growth and the possibility of acquisitions.
So should I be concerned about the effect of rising interest rates on EIF?
