Q: Could i get your opinion on this company was the quarter that bad and if so do you think its just a bad quarter or the start of something worse. On ascale of 1-10 what would their moat be for that industry.i realise the barriers to entry anyone could do what they are doing, but they must be getting a solid infrastructure and scalibility created, would you consider this pullback to low thirties a good entry point,,,,thanks
Q: Did Leon's recently report and if so, what were the results and did you think them favourable? Not all that long ago, the company was buying its stock back at $25; did they value their stock at the time? If they were reasonably accurate, why would you not expect the stock to return to that level? Thank you for your excellent service.
Q: In my portfolio analytics my shopify does not show the increase in number of shares now that the stock has split, will this be done or should it be done manually?
Q: Greetings I purchased 200 shares of ANRG about 6 months ago and have watched them go down ever since. The principals of this firm having been sucessful previously in Canada made it an easy buy for me and their apparent order backlog did as well. Does 5i have any hope for this firm?
Q: xbc did report poor results. but I noticed their backlog increased. does this count for anything? if they were doing poorly, wouldn't new orders stop coming along and the backlog would decrease.
Q: Hi,
What do you think of MTTR’s earnings release? The market seems to like it, for now anyway, but it is a risk on day. While it has negative cash flow, with over $500M cash and equivalents and no debt, is that likely sufficient to fund it until it starts making a profit?
Thanks again.
Q: Please, your take on quarterly results, thanks. Does the NCIB make sense? I know many shareholders have been waiting on one, but it's hard to see how this is the time and share price for that kind of remedy.
Q: May I have your thoughts on ILMN? Analysts appear to be projecting a weak stock price going forward...but the 8% drop on Friday may be more a result of their comments rather than the latest companies financials. Could these Wall Street firms have already shorted the stock prior to their analyst's comments being issued? I believe the latest earnings are negative compared to a year ago but overall I felt the latest quarter financials weren't too bad. Is the short interest high? Are insiders buying? Is the Reddit crowd circling? I'm sitting at a loss but still prepared to hang-in-there.
Thanks,
Jim
