NVEI has struggled since its last quarterly report, but remains decent with good growth expected and a low valuation of 14X earnings. It is still up 16% YTD but we think it has more potential. EPS should surge this year with the Paya acquisition and grow 30% in 2024. The valuation makes it a buy for us, but with the caveat that debt has risen with the acquisition, and current momentum is negative.
