Q: Thanks for all your good advice.
I have set up In Trust Accounts for my grandchildren invested equally in HXS and HXT - to avoid tax implications to me. However, due to the swap change introduced Nov 2019 and effective in 2020 - I have been issued T5008 slips seemingly indicating capital gains as a result of the swaps. Is this just for record purposes or is there a need to account for this at tax time?

Q: 5i has stated in the past that the above companies have no debt (LNF "very little debt") - is that still the case? If possible, can you please name 5 additional good CAN and 5 US companies that have no debt or very little?

Q: According to my very superficial analysis ARKK and ARKW have at least 6 stocks of the major holdings that are held by both funds: TSLA,ROKU,SQ,TDOC,PSTG and SPOT. Is owning both necessary?Is there enough of a difference? Thanks.

Q: Thanks 5i for your continued timely reports and advice.

I have run with CRM for the last four years and it is now 5% of my portfolio. I usually cap individual holdings at 5% and wonder if it is worth trimming it to add to use the funds to add to GOOG(2.0%) currently. Good to see google results last week and assume it will continue to grow. Which of the two do you see having the most upside in 3 - 5 years or should I dump (CGI 2.5%)to add to my google position. I recently started a position in ACN so I will have the service industry covered.

Feel free to subtract the necessary question allocation.

Q: Hi, holding these two stocks currently waiting for the deals to close with their acquisitions. Do you see any compelling names right now to buy (CAD or US) instead of waiting for these transactions to close or should I just wait? Just thinking about the opportunity cost of waiting. With the proceeds, I would be able to top up on some existing positions (DOL,NVEI,FB,AMZN,REAL) that are under 1% OR buy two new positions that you think are good entry points and compelling for long term growth. Thoughts? Thanks!
