I have a brokerage account where I get Analyst Rating change Notice about the stocks I hold. One of my holding is GOOGL:Q and today there was an analyst rating change from Mizuho Securities for the current price target to US$205 from previous price target of US$295. Normally this kind of downgrading gives weakness in stock price.

My question is "do this kind of large price decrease targets are normal and do these people have inside information what normal investor have no clue"?

Q: Hello 5i...with respect to Cdn Industrials...I am looking to consolidate 9 positions into 6 to 7 holdings...thaey are ( largest to smaillest holding ) WSP, TFII, EIF, ATS, CJT, HPS.A, TRI, TVK, DRX, I am looking for some sort of combo of stable growth ( I have good gains in WSP and TFII and will hold, but could trim ) and potential exceptional growth. Would appreciate if you could rank based on growth and how you might see a consolidation effort for these.

One option being considered is to move completely out of CJT and /or ATS to US industrials and looking at potentials FIX or TT... would like your opinion on this move and if you have preference for one or another suggested potential US industrial ( I already hold AXON )

Q: If discussing investing in companies pre-IPO is within the scope of 5i please make general comments on such a strategy and investing in Anduril in particular. The company appears to be an established leader in military drone development and is anticipated to go public within the next few years. I am not sure how one goes about participating pre-IPO, but a web search came up with investing via a company such as Forge as an option (presumably for a fee). I meet the criteria but am hesitant to proceed.

Q: A couple of questions about HSAV: first, I wish to compare what is available on GICs to HSAV - what is the effective rate of interest being earned on dollars invested in HSAV? Second, it seems the premium paid for the price to invest compared to the NAV has risen in the last month - is there a reason why? And is there any way to predict if the premium will get any smaller in the next few weeks? Last, is there a fairly direct relationship between any reductions from the BoC to what is earned with HSAV, eg if the BoC reduces by 1%, does the effective rate earned with HSAV go down by 1%? (I have held CRWD for some time and have been doing well. Have wanted to add to it for a long time but its valuation scares me.)
