Q: I currently own GOOG, MSFT and NVDA and want to round out my tech holdings with a 3% investment in one last stock. Can you please provide three options - in order of preference - that you believe would make strong additions to my existing portfolio? Q: There is an article this morning regarding the number of hours that Canadian doctors have to spend on doing paperwork over the course of a day. Things like insurance and income assistance forms, medical reviews for drivers and disability tax credits, etc., said to be overwhelming. Apparently some some forms are being shortened, but hope is that more technology will be used in doctor's offices to further reduce the work.

Is this an area of healthcare that WELL is involved in, or could be?

Is WELL expanding its expertise in other areas in the future - i.e. "long runway for growth" ?

I own the following in a unregistered account.
I'm in the red for all of them, BMBL down 59%, ETSY down 30% and PINS down 58%. They have all moved quite nicely in the last month so not sure to hang or or sell.
Do you think that these stocks will recover within 2 years or should I be looking to sell some or all and replace them with something else.
Please list what I should be selling and what I should be replacing them with.
Also your reasons for the swap and a good entry point.

Q: Hi 5i, recently Aurinia's patent challenge has been resolved. The stock price has doubled and then some off the lows which is nice but not where it was before this challenge began. The big deal now is sales for the company. What do you think of the current sales and what kind of a buy out value could be put on this company. I realize this would be a guesstimate but your experience in such matters is much greater than mine!

Q: What do you think about L-T Buy and Holds on the above 6 stocks (ADSK, CSU, ATD, BRK.B, INMD, CNR)? Are there any that you would not buy at the present time? Purchases would be funded by new $ and selling DDOG and APPS? Would you be okay with parting with them as part of adding to the above?

Q: A recent article stated that there has been significant insider selling over the past three months and that shareholders have been diluted over the past year. On the other hand earnings are forecast to grow by 68% per year. Could you comment on these statements as well as the status of its balance sheet and strength of management. Thanks.

Q: I hold shares of FSZ in My RRIF account. It has not been a good performer but pays a nice dividend which is what I want in my RRIF account. I am thinking of selling FSZ and buying Enbridge. The dividend is not as high but is the growth potential going to make up the difference. I do own PPL. What are the chances of a takeover of FSZ. Would you approve of the swap and is there any other companies you might recommend.

Is this price action not telling you there is something terribly wrong with the company and time to cut bait and salvage what is left in the stock price?

Q: hello 5i:
a question about weightings and diversification.
Presently, have the above: BAM 2.5%, BN 2.5% and BIP.UN 5.0%.
First, is there too much of an overlap between the companies?
Second, IF we were to sell half of the BIP.UN, bringing it to a 2.5% weighting, with 7.5% overall invested in Brookfield companies, would that raise any alarm bells?
Third, if one were to sell BIP.UN, what would make a sensible replacement, either in utilities or industrials. Low to moderate risk profile, with dividend income being an important factor in portfolio management.

What do you think about Natural gas prices Presently i own 1,000ARC in the space and am still up 5% is it time to cash in ?

Q: I have been looking at red ink regarding these two firms for some time. Do you still feel they will do well over the next year or two?

Q: Are TOU's special dividends sustainable given the drop in natural gas prices, or are their sales locked in at certain prices? Can you estimate what they may be with current gas prices? Somebody was saying they sell a lot to California, which has much higher NG prices. Thanks for your help
