Q: Hi - I am wondering if you think the move higher in gold has exhausted itself? If not, would you prefer AEM over FNV (or vice versa)...or would you favour a bullion ETF like GLD

Q: I hold CRWD (1.5%) and APPL (1.45%). My choices are: sell them both and purchase CSU; sell CRWD and buy more APPL; sell APPL and buy more CRWD. Which option would you recommend? Moderate risk; five year timeframe. Thank you.

Q: Hi Team,

ENB, CNQ, SU are about 7.5% of my CAD portfolio. Is it ok to hold both CNQ and SU or are they too similar? If they are too similar then which other stock should replace one of these? My investments lean towards growth and dividend growth.

I have held Visa for over two years. I was hoping it will benefit from post panademic opening. So far it has done little. On valuations it appears overvalued. So do other payment stocks. Any suggestions?

Q: Looking for your crystal ball on who you think will underperform or outperform in 2023. Can you rank overweight underweight or neutral on overall market performance:

USA, CAN, EU, Global, Emerging Markets.

Reason I ask is I am heavily overweight USA and thinking it might be a good time to move to neutral in USA and move that cash to one of the other 4 geographic areas.

Q: I need to free up some cash in an un-registered account for a large purchase. Which of the above holdings have the worst outlook. So I guess rank in order you would sell them. I will likely need to sell 2 of them. I don't hate any of them but something needs to go to free up the cash.

Q: May I have your comments on GOT's "Golddigger" project? Their website seems somewhat over promotional even though this area in BC has produced mines going back to Anoyx' mines in 1912. The mineralized zone on the side of a mountain seems, to my layman's eye, to be tricky to mine. I guess if the mineralization grades are high and consistent enough... Have any senior miners taken up GOT's stock? Does management have significant money committed to GOT's stock? Are the Nisga'a onside?

Q: Can you explain the 30 day rule on buying back shares that have been previously sold . Is it 30 calendar days ...eg sold on Dec 28 2022 can i safely buy them back on Jan 28 or have to wait until Jan 29? Thanks
