Q: Just read your Company Updates and wondering if you could expand on the new public company CSU is starting with the TSS Group and Topicus.
Who is TSS?
Will CSU management be involved?
When will this start and will there be an IPO?
How different will it be from CSU and is this the first kind of venture like this for CSU and why are they dong this?
Thanks
Jeff

Q: Hi group I believe that Tech + health + gold will be the leaders when we come out of recession. Can you give me a list of 2 ETFs for each sector along with 2 individual stocks you like for Canada + USA. Am also interested you take on my sectors that will lead the recovery and should I start picking away or wait ??? (I believe the market are vastly overbought and does not factor in the economic reality that the virus is going to do to the market. Please deduct credits at your discretion.

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team

In our combined accounts, and looking at the Technology sector, I find that we have too much OTEX. Our other holdings in this sector are CSU, ENGH, KXS, and XIT. Please rank, in order of preference, where some OTEX can be sold, and one or more of the listed holdings could be purchased with the proceeds. I always value your timely advice.

Q: Hello Peter and co,
Thank you for your excellent advice. My grandson has opened a TFSA over the last few months, and now holds the following stocks (listed in order of value, largest first). He is in the enviable position of being up on every one of his positions, in part thanks to your wise advice (and some lucky timing)! With a bit of cash (~$2300) remaining to invest, he is looking for a recommendation, targeting growth and diversification.
He is considering these: LSPD, JPM, CAE, MDT, VET, PXT
But we would be more interested in hearing your advice, so please feel free to ignore the list above, and make a suggestion for 1 or 2 stocks to add.
Thanks,
Ed.

Current stocks:
XQQ
GSY
VFV
SHOP
CSU
REAL
KXS
BYD
BEP

Q: First of all, I can't thank you enough for the excellence of your answers. I have been a member for many years. The answers just keep getting better.
Re my question:
I keep having to trim my tech sector. Perhaps I should sell a couple of names instead of just trimming? Would you please arrange these best to last? Many thanks.

Q: I am about to triple the size of my investment in the portfolio above and give equal weighting to all. Virtually all of this new money will be in non-registered accounts. In total, this self-directed portfolio will represent 20% of my holdings; I also have 40% in a growth-focused pension fund, and 40% in a mix of ETFs through a robo-advisor.
Do you have any suggested changes to the list of names? I am primarily focused on growth, with a 3-5 year horizon.
Do you recommend a different weighting e.g. heavier on some, lighter on others?
What are your thoughts regarding timing? I am tempted to put all of the new money in now, betting on the sustainability of the recent recovery. But I understand that a phased approach will reduce risk.
Thanks for your help.

Q: Hi,

What are the top 3-5 Canadian tech companies that you think still undervalued, have potential to recover their heights and to grow beyond that?

Q: What did you think of their AGM? I love hearing what Mr. Leonard and gang have to say. Did you catch the part where Mr. Leonard talked about rewarding long term shareholders if they decide to commit long term - what do you think this means?
What would you think is a great price to pick up shares of CSU? I should have bought more when it was down around $1100.
PS - if you have a link to a transcript of the AGM can you post it? Thanks
