Q: Dear 5i,

I have a diverse portfolio with stocks and ETFs. Most of my portfolio is doing well. Want to know your thoughts about a few of my holdings that are not doing so well - Adobe, Nike, Accenture, TMO, IDXX and Telus.

What are your thoughts? Should I replace these with a US ETF or hold on. Thanks for your valuable advice as always.

Q: I've held ACN for a number of years for their blue chip quality and research investments in blockchain. It appears the market believes IT consultants and software firms will be left behind in the AI future. I'm wondering if its too early to make that call and patience is needed, or if ACN is in a declining industry. Appreciate your thoughts.

Q: Since the great earnings report and making new highs the SP seems to be pulling back quite a bit. As a very long time holder, should I be concerned? I know that many times a drop like this precludes some sort of bad news that as yet has not been disclosed. Thanks for your continued great service.

Q: Digital Currency

With the long-rumored conversion of US currency to digital format, and presumably Canadian followup, what types of companies will most profit from these changes and what specific recommendations do you have? Are there any overall structural changes to handling a portfolio that you suggest?

Q: I have been interested in this company for quite a while.

You seem positive on it but one of your answers suggested that it may be a bit expensive.

Is it a good point to buy? Also, what metrics in the company profile would most help me to determine if a company is reasonably priced?

Q: I have read that this company is going to be very important in the application of AI, as a lot of business will be using it but will need the help to apply it. Any other companies that do the same?

thank you for, and this question is in reference to, the answer to the "baby Mag 7" question a few days ago by "JR". are you able to do a short analysis of these 7, compared to the "adult" Mag 7 in regards current and future valuation, growth, debt/equity metrics. further, do you have any guess on the timeline of googl/meta etc.'s development/utilization of their own AI chips in house?
take as many points off as needed, this question seems like a bad homework assignment to me!

what would be your list of baby Mag 7 that have high probability of solid growth and show possibility of becoming the new Mag member? Do you see AMD as a potential contender?

Q: In your latest update you nominated GIB to a position in the Growth portfolio. It seems to have expertise in consulting, and cloud management etc.

If you were to pick a US company that did basically the same as GIB but which you think is the best company on a US exchange, which company would that be?

Q: Me, pondering a move or two and would like your take. In a LIRA that is diversified and balanced for stability and with say 20 years to go, I hold BAMR with a weighting of 2.66%. And I'm pondering selling it and replacing with with more GOOG, current weighting of 2.67% as GOOG, for me, has a risk factor of 9 out of 10 and is highly profitable......and that would take the position weighting up to say 4.5%.And then with the remaining cash, buy a starter position in MED, with my risk factor of 6 out of 10 and with both high growth and profitability and seems to be undervalued relative to its food product peers.Or rather than MED, take a starting position in Accenture PLC, with a risk rating of 9 out of 10 and with high profitability and low risk relative to its business support service service peersNow pondering what to do....Go with an add to GOOG and take a start position with MED or ACN......or take equal starter position in both of MED and ACN???....or another option that you might suggest I consider. ........Thanks for the assistance.........Tom
