Took some profits at an opportune time in AVGO and PANW. I'd like to stay in the tech space with the proceeds (still have half positions in the 2 sold) and was considering some stocks you like. I left out NVDA as AVGO is in that space. Which do you like best between ADBE and QCOM, assuming they are 2 of your favourites, and why.

Q: It's time to make my annual TFSA contribution. The goal of my TFSA is long term capital appreciation utilizing a concentrated, high-conviction portfolio of US equities, with risk profile somewhere between that of the 5i Growth and Balanced portfolios.

Currently, my TFSA holds: ADBE, GOOG, FIVE, NVDA, PAC, PYPL, SLQT, TOL.

Are any of these in the 'don't need to be owned' category? I am looking at SLQT in particular, still languishing amidst ongoing legal woes. Should this be kept? If not, would you please suggest a replacement? If so, then which of these should I add to: ADBE, NVDA, SLQT, TOL? I am full/overweight the other positions. Please disregard sector and market cap considerations; I am fully diversified in my other portfolios.

Wondering if I can get your opinion on what one might do with Docusign? Having held it through the boom and now the bust, I'm not so sure that it will generate enough investor interest to return to its former peak within a reasonable timeframe (unless there is an extended Covid Lockdown 2.0).

What likelihood exists that it may be bought out at a decent premium, perhaps by Adobe? If your team is now somewhat lukewarm on this stock, can you please suggest 2-3 replacements that currently show higher growth potential.

Q: Management always seems to be one of the keys to the success of any company. Could you provide a list of companies that you consider to have top-notch management - any sector, any market cap but leaning towards small to mid cap, Canadian and U.S. I'm not going to put a number limit on this - just whatever you feel comfortable in providing, realizing that there may be too many to list for this type of question. I am building a long term portfolio, 10 plus years, and would like to add 2 or 3 Large US Technology stocks. I am looking at AAPL , GOOG AMZN and MSFT , I already have NVDA and are not interested in FB.
