Q: Hi,

I have a small position in Sangoma and am considering selling and adding to another tech company. Going forward however do you consider the macro space in which Sangoma operates to be a driver for growth or would you see other tech companies with greater potential and if so, a few names would be helpful. I recognize Sangoma is a small company.

As more more and more people are working from home, cloud based software companies, cyber security companies will benefit as I think this will become a new reality as companies realize they can save money. Q: Dear 5i
I'm looking to add a higher growth stock in my TFSA and was wondering which of the following will do better in terms of earnings over the next 1-2 years ......CAE , WSP or BYD .
I was also debating between TEAM and NOW for the TFSA as US possibilities . I would appreciate your thoughts .

I am overweight in technology growth names and have been caught in this “sector rotation” from growth to value. My question is do I now hold steady and ride out the storm, or trim back my growth holdings and switch to value? I am a buy and hold investor typically and believe the names I am invested in are best in class in what they do, and believe the way the world is going that technology will continue to advance and should be where the biggest growth is now and into the foreseeable future. So, with the names listed do I buy more , hold, or sell?Thanks for your input on the matter.

Q: Hello team,

Would you please compare and contrast these two SAAS companies. I appreciate it if you can comment on their moat and and market as well as competition, quality of business, current valuation, momentum, and financial strength.

I know you like them both, but I have money only for one and I am wondering which one has more torque and a brighter future, for it is current growth is going to only accelerate further.

Q: Hi 5i team,

Back in May 2018 you answered a question about these 2 companies, CRM, NOW.
You preferred CRM at the time.
Based on their most recent financial results (released Jan 30/31) and forward guidance, do you still prefer CRM?
AMcCreath (BNN) indicated this am that several SaaS related companies seem to be firing on all cylinders....based on Q4 earnings at least. These 2 were mentioned.
What would be your top 5 SaaS companies, either US and/or Canada listed?
I do prefer investing in this revenue type model as it kinda guarantees 85%+ quarterly revenue....plus any new business clients.
I already own DSG as part of this thesis.

Q: On the US side of my portfolio I am going to be cautious about what I add. I will get an opinion from you before making a purchase. My last recent purchase which I watched for quite some time (Netflix), made the purchase, and 2 days later it was down $75.00 per share and it does not seem to be making a recovery. I am thinking of selling Netflix and along with some US cash I have, and I will list some US stocks that look good to me. APO, NOW, ISRG, OKTA, BIIB and SFTBY. Q: Could I please have your opinion on the following stocks: American Tower Corp (AMT), Cognex Corp (CGNX), Comcast Corp (CMCSA), Corning Inc (GLW), Qualcomm (QCOM), ServiceNow (NOW), Dowdupont (DWDP)? Regarding Fairfax India Holdings (FFXDF), is this a five year hold, or is it money down the drain? Your recent answer to someone asking about Cognex (CGNX) was that it was out of favour. Can I have more details? Do you think this is the time to be buying gold due to the US's huge debt, and the increasing trade tension between the US and China? Thank you for your input.
