Q: With the market cap up having doubled in less than a year, with the stock going down for the last 2 weeks and earnings to be reported coming Thursday, how likely is it for the stock to fall - say 10% or more in the immediate future.
Q: Hi, purely in terms of dividend sustainability could you please SLF, MFC and GWO and briefly why? Thanks.
Q: In order to increase my holdings in Healthcare, I bought Theratechnologies 2 years ago at $7.21 when 5i was bullish on the stock. The stock did quite well for awhile and I was very happy. It closed on Friday at $2.68 (not so happy anymore). Is this company expected to recover or should I accept my losses and sell?
Q: Please comment on the recent news release. Is this just a warning that they may at some point reduce or cut the dividend payment ? How likely is it that the share price decreases as a result of such a new release ?
Q: Do you have any information on the timing of Topicus shares being available for purchase?
Q: May I please have your thoughts on this corporation. It has been slowly climbing and looks interesting

Q: In the industrial sector I have a weighting of 19.41%. I know this is over weight, but I like the stocks I own for future growth. For colour I own CAE 3.97% up 14.22% recent addition. EIF 4.31% up 20.31%: TFII 5:47% up 105.97%: : WSP 3.75% up 4.79%:
My concern is with TFII, after reading a copy of the conference call I’m not exactly excited about the future. Seems to be tough sledding from here on.What are your thoughts?

Q: Hi,
are the dividends paid by CDZ all eligible for the dividend tax credit or is there a portion that is return of capital? Sorry, I couldn't find it on Blackrock's web site.
Also, what would explain the negative performance of this ETF's in the past year as compared to say the XIC or XIU?
Thanks,
Dan

Q: Do you have a preference of TMX Group over Andrew Peller for growth over a 5 year period. They both pay a similar Dividend but TMX has had better dividend growth. Thanks
Q: Assuming you can still buy warrants for this company and the expiration is June 2 2022 and you buy 1000 warrants at $ 1.00 and hypothetically it was $ 4.00 on that date, would those warrants be worth $ 4000.0 or is it a percentage, and if so do you know what that percentage is?....thank you
Q: What is your opinion of Keyera's Dividend sustainability going forward.
Thanks Valter
Thanks Valter
Q: With respect to Shyam questioning your answer regarding US Tech stocks seeing tax loss selling in January. I believe the portion of your original answer that he is referencing related to selling tech stocks in January to crystallize capital gains, not losses, as a result of the huge run in tech stocks this year. The reason people will hold off selling tech stocks till January, both in Canada and US, is that it is the start of a new tax year and they may not want to incur capital gains until the new tax year starts. A corresponding drop in Tech prices may occur if this sell off is large enough.
Q: Do you know of a site that I can list all my stocks, the cost price, and number of shares and get the following information: gain or loss, with the percentage and the dollar amounts. I would like it to be in real time. I have used the TXS Money but as I have used it in the past it is not very consistent and I have had troubles with it. Hopefully you can suggest a different site. Thanks very much Dorothy
Q: Hi,
I hold SHOP. Recent write ups on the company reflects a very pessimistic view towards the stock based on valuation and its future growth.
I agree with the thesis that it’s worth paying more for good companies that are growing.
What is your view on SHOP as a growth stock for now and the future, 3-5 years .
Thanks,

Q: Hello, which is your order of preference for long term hold, future price and dividend appreciation. Thanks.
Q: Hello Peter, Union Pacific, after some fairly steady improvement since COVID and over recent years, despite being a large and not overly expensive company, has dropped about 12 percent in the last few days. I know stocks don't just go up, but this seemed unexpected and company-specific. I am thinking of adding. Any thoughts - either to account for the drop or whether you think it might be a good purchase at this time. Thanks!
Q: Helping my son to start to invest in the stock market. What five stocks would you suggest right now for a 10+ year TFSA account?
thanks,
thanks,
Q: a while back in a Q&A, I recall 5iR suggesting not letting SIS exceed a 4% weight which really resonated with me.....my position is now more that....Question - should I trim back SIS or is 5iR now inclined to increase this target weighting?....Tom
Q: Why would SIS have released a "pre" quarterly report when their actual results are scheduled to be issued in a couple of weeks? If memory serves, I think they did this last quarter as well but they are one of the few, if only, companies that seem to do this. Should anything be read into this early disclosure, despite the fact it is good news?
Appreciate your insight.
