Q: I'm looking for a new play in the materials/resource sector and SJ seems to be viewed positively both at 5i and others. However, I see it has traded sideways since mid-2015, and EPS dropped to 1.98 in 2018 from 2.42 a year earlier.

What is the reason for sideways trading and drop in EPS? Are they behind the company?
What are the short and long term catalysts for SJ?
I see its free cash flow is variable from year to year, what accounts for this?
I'm thinking of moving my position in MX to SJ.

Q: (This Question is not private; for some reason all my questions seem to be popping up as private even when I select public).

This Cannabis company trades at less than one times projected revenue for 2019 and I bought it last week because that sounds cheap. I have no idea how to evaluate these companies. This company operates mostly in the US. Any guidelines that you can offer?

Q: What are you're thoughts on WBA's earnings. Given the recent selloff would you still hold it for the long term or sell. I do not mind volatility. If it is a sell what US stock would you replace it with for growth. Thanks Chris

Q: Hi, Rogers stock took a hit this week due to soft earnings and market concern in general about slowing subscriber growth in wireless. We have 3.5% position in BCE, but wanted to add another Telco/Cable co. for decent dividends and some growth. Just started a 1.5% position at $67.10, average price, in past 2 days. Is it a reasonable move from a long term perspective ? I am aware of the large debt with Rogers, but I also like the growth profile of the company in the group. Could you help us with your assessment. Thanks

What can you say about IHI, it seems to be pretty good over a 10 year period. Is there any other etf in the same field. Is there a Canadian version?
What are you expecting the quarterly report to be for TFII. Is this a good long term hold.
Is it time to jump into PHO. Held it before and did well. Is this a good time to jump back in.

Q: I have both APHA and OGI. Given the recent drop of APHA and OGI and the short term concensus for APHA, do you think there would be any benefit to selling off APHA and replace it with more OGI since it seems the belief now is that the entire sector got hit because of APHA results?? Would OGI be in a better position to make up the loss than APHA would be??
