Q: I was watching Xylem's investor day presentation today. One of the things they mentioned was:

"Underlying demand continues to be robust, with higher-than-expected growth in orders and backlog, but the global supply chain environment has become increasingly volatile, including with respect to escalating electronic component shortages. The Company currently estimates adverse revenue impacts of approximately $100 million in the second half of the year"

Is this part of the reason the stock is down today? I own it in my margin account, and was planning on starting a small position in my RRSP. You think this dip is a good entry point?

Q: Is your opinion on VET improving? Seems like they might be at the "right place, right time" since a fair chuck of their cash flow is associated with European natural gas. The supply there is being pinched by Russia and spot prices are rising rapidly. Haven't looked in detail but it seems that VET's cash flow should be very high going forward, especially if they can hedge at high prices. Would guess they can reinstate some dividend. Thoughts?

Q: Eric Nuttall has an interesting column in the Financial Post today saying investing in oil and gas right now is a 'generational opportunity', that Canadian oil and as are hugely undervalued and could double in a year. What do you think of increasing oil and gas holdings? How much do you think would be appropriate right now and do you still think Suncor is the way to go? I notice you have only a very small 1% holding in the balanced portfolio.

Q: Micron's report of lower sales of chips is obviously affecting the semiconductor
etfs. Do you think that many of the chip makers held by SOXQ; SOXX and SMH will also be affected? Would you be adding any of these etfs to your portfolio at this time??

I am trying to understand which exchange where the shares of NNRG trade.
According to TMX.com, NNRG trades on two exchanges with volume on September 28 as follows:

NNRG:TCM – 1200 shares
NNRG:OMG – 2800 shares

According to NEO.INC, (Neo Exchange) NNRG traded 147,507 shares on September 28.

Questions are:

1 – What are the TCM, OMG (Omega) and NEO markets?

2 – Why would NNRG trade on these alternate markets instead of listing on the TSX or TSXV?

3 – Which exchange should I be looking at when setting a limit order for NNRG?

4 – Should I be concerned about liquidity in NNRG compared to the underlying securities in the ETF?

5 – Whys does the 5i web page show invalid symbol for NNRG?

Q: Do you have any recommendations for a market neutral fund. I have come in to a large percentage of portfolio of cash. I’d like to slowly deploy over the next 12 months. I generally agree with your thoughts on market timing and I don’t want to get too cute, but I’d like to be able to pick my spots while earning a small return.
