Q: I have held SIS for a number of years and although I have enjoyed the dividend, the share price never seems to hold its momentum and drifts back to the low/mid teens where I bought it. I like the dividends but value total return more. I have never owned WELL but have followed it based on your recommendation. Can you rank the two and provide a short explanation as to your preference on the following metrics: 1) Management 2) Balance Sheet 3) Profitability 4) Long Term (5-10 yr) Return Potential and 5) Risk

I would prefer to hold just one of them.

Secondly, what is your analysis of CXI's quarter.

Many Thanks

Scott

Q: This is a follow up to a question asked by Ok on Aug 14 and is not specific to Well.
Ok brings up lending stock to a brokerage and getting a return. In this specific case they were using Well stock.
I have never heard of this before. Its sound like a possibe way to gain "yield" .
Can you better explain this and also what risk is associated with doing this.
Thanks
John

Q: Is Well Health Technologies the most manipulated stock in the Canadian market? I use Wealthsimple for several accounts and activated their "stock lending" option where they give you a yield on borrowing your shares. Their example target is 4.5% for shares borrowed. I could see the short attack on Well beginning like clockwork, 1 week before last quarterly release, as my shares were lent out more each day. I started getting 6% yield and that was ok. But that went down more and more with each "short", until I was loaning out all my shares for a measly 0.2%. I contacted the brokerage multiple times and they stated "market demand" and "fluctuations". Clearly 0.2% was not part of the deal and certainly not worth the risk. I obviously canceled this borrowing feature. What is this trickery? They are literally giving away shares to shorters as a means to suppress the share price. This has ONLY occured with Well:ca. How do they get away with it?

Q: Hi Team,
Which of these names do you see doing best from current levels 5 yrs from now? Sq, LMN, WELL, or SHOP. I am currently holding a few shares of sq and am considering selling out for a 18% loss and putting the funds to one of the other names mentioned. Whats your thoughts ? Or should I just continue to wait for a recovery in Sq? Or if you have any other “must buy” names today that are better than all the ones mentioned I would like to hear those ideas too. The holding is inside a tfsa. Thanks for your advice !

Q: These 9 companies are the holdings in a growth oriented Canadian TFSA. The intent was for them to be long-term holds. However, NVEI, ILLM and LSPD are all down over 50% and some so rejigging is being considered.

Would you consider any of them to be a SELL?

Of the 9, which 2 would you be least inclined to keep in the portfolio and why? Please suggest potential replacements.

Please rate (1-10) the remaining 7 for additional money today.

Thank you,

Peter.

Thank you.

Q: WELL ( even) , EIF (up), EGLX (ouch ), are my only TFSA holdings and are in equal amounts.

Would you give 3 of your best picks of Canadian small caps ( other than the above ) with reasons why. I can handle risk.
Thanks. Derek

Q: WELL appears to be a reasonable recession-resistant investment, and management seems solid to me. Questions:

- How similar is TDOC's business model in comparison, and can WELL differentiate itself enough with its expansion into the U.S. ?

- Can 5i envision any other different avenues of growth for WELL to expand it's offerings within the health sector ?

- Is its current balance sheet sound, and can this company endure a rising interest rate environment ?

Thanks.
