Q: Yet another question about WELL. Insiders have bought shares actively in the end of December. Most likely with end of the year options or is it? Do we know if their purchases were made at market price?

We don't see any insider transactions in December. The CEO exercised some options in late November and then was purchasing shares in the market in mid-September in the $3.30 range.
