Q: Hello
Kinaxis dropped loke a rock this morning. I couldn't find any news. Do you what caused this sudden drop and moderately larger volume to day as well compared to the last couple of weeks

Q: CROX has had a nice run with great momentum. Could you explain the key risks, that may derail CROX future stock performance? Is CROX a buy or hold right now?

Q: I'm not sure if you planned to take in the conference call today or not. RBC put out a one-pager on what Mgmt planned to do, which included a 40% cut to their dividend (creating a new yield of 6%).

Q#1 = As a result of Mgmt's plans going forward, what are your thoughts on AQN now?

I am fortunate that I bought AQN years ago at $5.60 (held in RRSP) and have trimmed (for asset allocation reasons) several times on the way up...as high as $21.10. However I do confess I added recently at $14.75. I still have some funds ready to top-up, but I am on hold for now...just watching.

Q#2 = would you add, hold or sell at this time?

Q#3 = my personal speculation is that AQN will probably just hang around the $9-10 range for a while. My hope is that a potential buyer will show up and take them out. In a November question, you thought the take-over chance was around 25%. With this new information in hand, do you have a new percent chance that they will be bought out?

Q#4 = if AQN does get taken out, would the usual ballpark premium of 30% apply? This would entice me to hang around for awhile.

Q: Cybersecurity - which are your top two ? - i.e. are the best of the best.

Which of these particular two:

- Has the best valuation?

- Has the best potential growth?

- Is the "safest" and has the best chance at being around for the long term?

- Has the best product / geographic diversification?

- Are both of these considered at the cutting edge?

Q: Can I have your opinion on this stock. Trading at reasonable values, balance sheet looks fine, nice dividend, and some future growth.

Q: I noted and likely your strategy to add to XHY for income and possible capital gains. However, when I looked at high yield corp. bond ETFs, ZJK looked better overall. There is also the matter of CAD hedging. I'm looking to park cash for my 2023 RIF withdrawal this December and I've been using the BMO HISA for this. Can I have your opinion on using ZJK or XHY instead for about 2% higher income?

Q: what is your opinion of AQN going forward long-term now that they have cut their dividend?

Now approaching CAD$0.5B, strong earnings, low debt, pays a dividend, in good assets in CAD, interesting opportunities in North Sea - a UK company but listed on TSX.V. In particular, to what would you attribute its lackluster performance in the last year? Thx.

Q: Profitability, why is this so difficult to achieve for LSPD? Is one reason that the CAO and Board are still continuing to be driven or leaning to expansion and therefore changing to control control is difficult to achieve? But that does not make sense because we have heard they want to be profitable in 2024! I am confused. Clayton

Is there an explanation somewhere as to the meaning of the % at the bottom right corner of the Income Model Portfolio? The headings are: Portfolio; Benchmark; Active. An explanation of each line in the chart would help me understand the relevance.

Margins down and costs way up.
Should we shareholders be worried

Q3 net revenue increased by 37.8% to $624.6 million
Q3 net income increased by 8.9% to $70.7 million
Q3 Adjusted EBITDA(1) increased by 9.5% to $119.6 million

Q: Looking for steady type income stream. One that has some momentum preferably. Most valuations seem similar. Which might you prefer in the Royalty type area of consumer cyclicals?
