As of today, which stocks would you purchase with a full position in an RRSP to hold for 3-5 years?

Which stocks would you consider value stocks to purchase today for 1/2 to a full position in an RRSP?

Q: Hi 5i Team:
What are 5 pure Canadian growth companies that you will recommend for TFSA. Risk is not a factor. No need for dividends. 3 to 5 year horizon. Plan to add future contributions to this list in the next few years. Of course I will be reading your reports to see if there are any sudden changes in these companies and adjust accordingly.

Q: I have A&W, CGX, and BPF.un in my consumer discretionary. I've been thinking of switching out A & W for TOY or DOL for diversification. Does this seem like a reasonable approach for a conservative retiree? Which would be the more stable choice for one in my position, or do you have another suggestion? Thank you so much for your continued help and advice. (CGX has done very well for me)

Q: My portfolio is somewhat light on consumer discretionary companies and I see that you favour this sector at the present time. Could you please explain your current support for the sector and suggest a few Canadian and American companies that you believe are fair value with solid growth prospects for the future. Q: Hi Guys,

Inside my portfolio, my consumer cyclical weighting is over 20%, please rate best to worst;
GIL, MG, BYD.UN, TOY, AYA, CCL & NFI and on the U.S.A. side we have GPC, DIS & HD.
I would like to lower the % to 15%.

Q: Hi Guys,

I am thinking about adding to my position in Spin Master. Stock is is dropping a little, with slightly higher volume/erratic trading. I agree with Ryan's comments on the digitization of toys, and they have some valuable brands making good traction, etc. Can you comment on the trading, the stock dropping, you outlook for a target price, etc. Thank you.

Q: 2 question : So bomber has bounced a bit so time for me to suck it up and sell at a 30% loss. Sell now or hold off a few more days to see if it has some legs.

Once I sell BBD.b what full position of the balanced equity portfolio would you buy right now: ccl, gud, nfi, sis, sj, syz, t or toy? Currently rebalancing my CAD equity portfolio to loosely match your portfolio and those above fill gaps in my allocation. Open to off the list suggestions but already overweigh or OK in financials, energy and tech.
