Q: Hello, I'd be curious to hear your views on DEFI (trades on the Neo Exchange), which has been on a bit of a tear the past month, after a previous six-month slump. I have a small position, and am wondering whether this a potential long-term hold in the decentralized finance space. It is currently approaching a $900m CAD market cap. Many thanks as ever! Aaron
Q: This one does not look very good right now, apparently it has a lot of Barrick execs on its board is this a buying opportunity or the beginning of the end, would appreciate your great opinion….thanks
Q: Hello Everyone!! Rivian is releasing an IPO ( I don’t know if I said that right ). They make electric trucks. What are your thoughts on the company, and should one wait and see where these stocks go??? Thank you for your great service, Tamara
Q: Was wondering if you could provide a comparison between Tesla, Lucid and Rivian on a growth and valuation basis. How do you consider their target markets, operational execution risk, technology advancement, risk, etc. How would you rank them for a 5yr hold and why?
Q: Hi 5i Team,
Digital Ocean has been doing well since it went public in March. What do you think of this company going forward, is it still buyable at the current level?
Thank you for your great advice as always.
Q: Stocks pretty beaten down. I have a play in plant based food industry already in my profile TTCF. I'm a vegan and I like beyond meat for the most part. But since they came out with the burgers everywhere I haven't seen much else (personally) around. The chicken nuggets maybe but other than that not so much innovation. Do you have a preference of the two of these today? Is BYND a buy/sell/hold
Q: In a rising rate environment I would like to own a stock that has a reasonable dividend and good prospects for growth, I assume you agree with this thesis.
I’m considering buying one of AQN or CSH.UN. Both have approximately the same dividend.
My question is which would you choose as having the greater growth prospects or do you have what you consider a better choice.
