Q: Further to my question re: a bought deal. I read i that the deal was for $ 92.50 a share US that is approx $123.00 Canadian. If shares were trading at a higher level prior to the deal - approx $126.00 - ( mind you they were around the bought deal price a week ago ) what is the "bought deal" part of issuing new shares?
I have read that term a few times and seen the stock prices for stock react wildly from the announcements - I am unsure what it mean or what the implications are.

Q: Both down significantly and I own neither, but have been watching FSV and to a lesser degree, CIGI.

For exposure in real estate and seeking growth (not income) would you prefer one over the other, or are these close enough to equal as far as 5i is concerned? Any guesses as to which one bounces back faster?

Thx.

Q: I read tonight from the 5i report that FSV recently bought a commercial real estate management company. I thought when FSV and CIGI split FSV would manage residential real estate and CIGI would manage commercial real estate. If this is true is the most recent acquisition troubling as FSV is getting out of its level of expertise (managing residential real estate)? Will it now be in direct competition with CIGI?

Q: My earlier question on buybacks was which 5i portfolio companies are most active in buybacks and which take no part among all the portfolios?

The 5i response listed 5 of 8 that do buybacks, but I don't know to what degree or if the 5 are the only ones that do. If I'm not mistaken CSU has never done a buyback, are there others?

Q: I have half positions in each of these four companies and cash to deploy to bring some to full positions. In which order (best candidate first) would you proceed?

Q: Would you step in now on these two given fwd PE and PEG for both are higher than 5 year average? Given their markets can they sustain their growth?
According to Stockreports analysts are forecasting 21% growth in 2019 and 38% in 2020 for FSV, what is driving it? What is the PEG for FSV? Considering both have a similar fwd PE and FSV has better growth, do you agree FSV is better value ? Thank-you.
