Q: Hi 5i,
In a recent question on Apple’s new privacy policy on iOS, you said that FB will be impacted as it is an App on the iphone, but GOOG is largely unaffected as most of its ad revenue is derived from its search engine. In another question, you mentioned that GOOG is also implementing similar changes to its Android system. With the big guns tightening their privacy settings, will the smaller players, such as MGNI and AT, see a significant drag on their revenues? MGNI and AT are off big time but it may be more the market backdrop.

Q: I would like your impressions on PUBM. Its valuation is quite reasonable compared to others in this space such as MGNI and TTD. It seems to me that their success depends on the being able to attract more publishers to their platform, not sure if you have any insights into their potential.

My request is, please provide comparison metrics to their piers in this space. In a past post you mentioned it could be a takeover candidate, who would possibly be interested if you had to guess?

Q: SC & MC especially high growth tech cos with no profit have been hammered recently, Today even the big techs were attacked. Now that the Fed stated that it will increase tapering of monthly purchase & rate hike(s) likely sooner than later. Uncertainity is cleared up for now. So is it time to sell the high growth stocks with no profit like my aforementioned holdings. Would appreciate u views on each of them.All in the non registered a/c so can be tax loss selling to offset capital gains. Txs for u usual great services & views.

Q: Hi,
Last year around this time, you were asked to guess a few names in the US or CDN Market that had 100 bagger potential. Some of the names mentioned were WELL, TTD, LSPD, XBC, MGNI, PLTR, VEEV, PINS, KRR, & STC. Just wondering if there were any names you would add or delete from this list? Q: Hello team ,
I was looking for your thoughts on some of my recent worst performers and what I should do with them . Baba (held in a US cash account ) is down 45% after the Chinese government crackdown . Med (down 21% in US cash account ) after only owning it for a short time . And Mgni is selling off daily for some reason now , even after the strong quarterly results .(still up 20% in rsp) . For each of these how do you recommend them …buy more , hold , sell? If any are sells what would be your recommendation on a replacement ; preferably one with high potential in getting my money back.

Q: Hi team. Two of my most "unsure" holdings are pltr and mgni. I was wondering how you feel about these long term. Would you continue to hold them? I was considering adding to TOI with the proceeds if I were to sell one, or both of them. What would be your suggestion for the long term here? Or is there any other of your absolute favourites at the moment that I should be buying today instead of holding pltr and mgni? Note that I already own TTD (same sector as mgni). Q: One of the largest tech crashes .com bubble in the Nortel days took years for these companies that survived to get back to where they were. The same thing is happening today probably on a smaller scale. Would it not be better to get out of these and into something else or into cash as they just fall day in and day out? Or, do you think by the end of the summer will they have bottomed out and have some encouraging results? Waiting for your guidance. Thank you.
