Q: SC & MC especially high growth tech cos with no profit have been hammered recently, Today even the big techs were attacked. Now that the Fed stated that it will increase tapering of monthly purchase & rate hike(s) likely sooner than later. Uncertainity is cleared up for now. So is it time to sell the high growth stocks with no profit like my aforementioned holdings. Would appreciate u views on each of them. All in the non registered a/c so can be tax loss selling to offset capital gains. Txs for u usual great services & views.
Q: Hi Team,
Thanks for the great commentary you provide daily. Could I please get your thoughts on FuboTV’s latest quarter? The company reported over a million subscribers and with sportsbetting and expanding their streaming offering to new international markets, what do you think of the company’s prospects long term?
Q: With this stock down to half of its 52 week high, would now be a good time to take a position? Looking for long term hold with high potential upside.
Q: My question is regarding Shopify being down today almost 5% with 6 days to earnings call. The following stocks are in my TFSA, and wondering if you’d consider trimming parts of this portfolio to add to SHOP in a potential great buying opportunity if it keeps dropping post earnings call?
Would you add to another “power house” like NVDA instead ?
Q: I like companies that are based on a subscription model. With recurring revenues and growth "banking" on acquiring new customers, it would appear to be a path towards increased profitability and less risk. Aside from the obvious candidates, Netflix, Adobe, Crowdstrike, Microsoft and even Disney, can you identify a few companies in the US and in Canada that receive their revenue largely on subscriptions, that are not mega corporations already but exhibit strong growth.
Q: Good afternoon, 3 questions...
Could you please give me your thoughts (after one public quarter) on Jfrog for a long term hold for growth?
There are lots of great new companies out there and only 1 public quarter for them. How would you rank the top ten “tech” stocks that had a IPO in 2020?
Your new USA fund forgive me if this is elsewhere but does this affect your answers or ability to answer any USA stock questions or does it not impact the current/past services? As I find your USA recommendations to be extremely valuable as a Canadian investor.
