Q: Its likely this has been asked before but I couldn't find it... Besides the big guns NVDA, MSFT etc what smaller AI players providing the picks & shovels look good forward ? Which ones would make good targets for the big guys ? Thank you.

Now that NVDA earnings have completely proved the markets “fear” going into the print completely wrong ; what’s your take on the stock going forward ? Continued momentum? Buy, trim , hold ? The way it looks to me comparing valuations and insane revenue growth rates NVDA might be on its way from #3 spot to eventually taking over both apple and Msft as largest company. Do you see this as correct? The crazy thing is AI is just getting started. Seems like a huge market for NVDA going forward with many countries that haven’t even touched the surface of getting started. I don’t want to sound overly bullish but looking at the future of the world dynamics with digitization of everything this seems to be the future . This being said ; there will be massive demand for data center infrastructure. What companies are the best to play this ? HPS.A seems like data center infrastructure will be a big area of growth for them . Your thoughts please , Thanks.

Q: Vrt announced results, looked strong to me but shares off 10% in premarket. Pls comment on results and reasons for market reaction. Is this an opportunity to get into Vrt at better price, or has bloom come off this rose?

Q: realizing these companies are much different from each other. Would you recommend all three. If yes, Pls indicate by rank, which ones might show the greatest appreciation over the next 2 yrs.

Q: Can you compare/contrast these two businesses for me? Does SMCI order NVDA chips and sell the entire integrated system with chips as well as the infrastructure without chips that customers can plug and play their own NVDA or other chips into? Is SMCI's technology more efficient for thermal management than VRT's? Their growth rates seemed comparable each quarter over the last year. I am wondering if VRT has a good chance to post a nice beat in their upcoming quarter as SMCI did. Thanks

Big wins on a lot of your recent answers to my previous questions, thanks.

Obviously there's a tonne of hype on the Semiconductor market/AI/Data Center space right now, and after picking up SMCI, VRT, etc, I came across CDNS and by proxy, SNPS as well.

It appears they have the market corners on the design software side of this market. Logically, however, this wouldn't appear to be a space that grows in the number of customers in it very readily.

Is this similar to ASMLs type of monopoly (albeit a duopoly), with growth coming from advantageous pricing conditions and the relative difficulty of a new player popping up?

Do you see these companies gaining significant share price appreciation over time? Which company is better and why? I really liked a recent question that asked where they were relative to a baseball game. For each could you relate their lifecycle to what inning in a game they are, as well as an out of 10 for risk and growth potential.

The prices of these have climbed for sure, but definitely don't seem to have exploded like the rest of the segment. Are there any other companies with this same type of competitive advantage in the semiconductor/AI space?

Q: What you interpret or put value on 1 year target price on yahoo finance. example -
VRT at 63 and 1 year target price is 53
DDOG at 135 and target is 129
AXON at 270 and target 258.
Does this mean these have reached at prices as expected by analyst and as such not much upside (until analyst revise prices)? Don't have position in these. Is it too late to start. Thanks

I am trying to understand the metrics to better value a company.

The price of some companies like Costco and CSU has soared, but you have mentioned such rises not being a bubble if other metrics like P/E ratio are in line with that. Is that the case for these two companies or are they now over-priced?

Also, you seem to be recommending VRT but the P/E ration on that is around 90. That seems very high.
