Q: Hello, a great service and learning lots from the Q&A. I have a small Canadian portfolio with MG, OTEX, CNQ, BIP.UN and MFC. And also DIS from US side. I am looking to charge it up with some growth performers over the next 5 years. How do these holdings rate and any suggestions on additions? Would you replace any of these?

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,

We need to increase our US exposure and wish to do this in our non-registered account. We're considering CUD and VGG as we'd rather use ETFs. (Our broker allows us to buy and sell CUD with zero commission, and not so with VGG, but this wouldn't be a 'make or break' reason for choosing one over the other). What would your recommendation be when considering tax efficiency, performance, volatility, and other important metrics? I do like that CUD has a relatively low weight in Technology, as our Canadian holdings like CSU, ENGH, KXS, TOI, etc. have done so well, and we're now overweight in this sector, thanks to 5i. :) Also, if there are any other US ETFs sold on the TSX that you think we should consider, we'd appreciate that info as well.

Q: Hi, Topicus stock has been on a tear this week, specially, during past 2 days. What are the factors, contributing to this remarkable performance, in your view. Is this the scarcity value, excellent results or the “ Mini - CSU” effect? Q: I bought GUD as a long term investment. It worries me when you say you are losing patience with it and I suspect you will take it out of the portfolio if you find a very compelling replacement for that sector. But has anything fundamentally changed from when you included it in the portfiloio besides the time it is taking to spend the horde of cash?

Q: A few months have gone buy since this company listed and I see no questions on it. Can I get your thoughts on HAYW now that they have reported a couple of quarters. The price has had a bit of a hit, but the Q2 didn't look too bad. How would you consider the growth potential for HAYW? Is there still some settling out that needs to occur or would this be a good time to jump in?
